Pitch a bit unlevel and barren but not a big deal

We chose the site having been Castel’s customers previously and wanting to discover this part of Normandy. We weren’t disappointed, the site has a superb ‘feel’, is well laid out and meticulously clean and tidy. The indoor pool is excellent, the bar/ games room area very relaxed and the outside terrace welcoming. The pitch is a good size and well laid out.
The new external pool in 2025 will make a difference, the current pool is tiny. When we arrived there was only one member of the team on reception who was then showing people to their pitches so the queue just got bigger and bigger. Would be helpful if the site plan showed the different pitches - I tried to pick a pitch but kept being advised the one I was selecting wasn’t the right kind, with no advice as to which were so gave up.

Good pitch despite not choosing it. Easy to access and leave with the caravan.

Fantastisch, al op heel veel campings geweest maar dit was echt prettig wat een ruimte!
Het kraantje gaf een brede straal, anders dan bij binnenkranen
