Le camping la Blaquiere est très agréable et bien équipé.Nous avons apprécié le calme et, la proximité de la rivière. En plus la sympathie des dirigeants et du personnel contribue au charme du camping.

Général :

Well-kept site in a beautiful area and location. Feels very relaxed and laid back and like visitors respect it and realise it’s a bit of a gem. Most pitches are very generously sized. Very clean facilities, bread order delivered to your pitch and food cooked onsite every day except Saturday. It’s right alongside the river which is clean and suitable for both paddling and actual swimming, plus plenty of rocks to jump off. Feels like a very natural site and not over-manicured, yet still clean and tidy. Good beach bar.

You can ask for specific pitches when booking if you know what number they are. Lots of visitors do this as many return every year. Our tent pitch was set back against the cliff and had the shade in the morning - lovely as it was still warm but we didn’t need to wake early or feel too hot in the tent.

Pitch 35 is very small compared to the rest! We had room for one 5-berth tent and our car, but our table and chairs only just fitted on. Previously, we’ve had a standard pitch that fitted the same tent and car, plus a large gazebo and had table space as well, giving more privacy. Pitch 35 is still a nice pitch and is convenient for the toilets and tap.
