Wir durften zwei Nächte auf einem sehr großzügigen Stellplatz verbringen und die Ruhe genießen. Das Ambiente stimmt hier und die Stellplätze sind alles großzügig und schön gelegen. Die Ankunft und Aufnahme an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich, die Zufahrt auch mit großem Gespann kein Problem. Das Schwimmbad ist super für eine Erfrischung. Die Landschaft drumherum lädt zum Fahrradfahren und Entdecken ein. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Einfach alles. Wer eine besondere Location sucht kommt bei den Castels auf seine Kosten.

Been camping for many years and this is by far the best campsite we have stayed at. The place is spotless and immaculate. The staff were super friendly. Pitches very generous and the toilets wer very very clean. Pizza was excellent as well but didnt eat in the restaurant. Shop well stocked with cold wine, beers, juices and other bits. Order fresh bread and croissants etc for next day collection. We will definitely be going back as it's a little gem and just reachable in a day from the UK.

Wine tasting was free which was great, however portions were minuscule.

Excellent, large pitch, fantastic facilities. We loved the surroundings, the pool, the bar, the pizzas, the bread, in fact we loved everything. Staff were only too willing to help if we needed anything. We will return.

It is difficult to see how it can be improved.

The site, amazing and clean with big pitches. Great location near to the river for SUP and cycling without fear of cars. Takeaway and food vans really great, the latter serving the best burger we’ve ever eaten! Well stocked shop, good bar and really helpful staff.

Water pressure - the toilet block we were near did struggle with water pressure at peak times. Also when we stayed the filtering in the pool struggled to keep flys off the surface.

Large pitches separated by hedges and where we were pitched - direct access onto what I’ll call the village green which really gave a sense of openness on the site.

Absolutely loved our stay here. All the staff were were friendly & helpful. The food in the restaurant was good although a bit pricey.

Restaurant prices could be more affordable especially for families with children.
