Avis clients : Castel Camping Le Brévedent

Général :

This is the second time we've stayed here with our children. It is such a lovely place, with a happy atmosphere, you don't need to go out during the day. The kids love the pool and play area. We loved the restaurant and cafe area, the Tuesday night concert a particular highlight. The staff members were all super friendly and helpful, the convoy cidrerie tour lots of fun. The site was pretty full but we never queued for toilets or showers. There are a lot of children so it was very busy with playing kids in the evening and then as soon as the sun set every where was silent!

The play area is a little tired. The crazy golf is cracked and full of weeds, the ground around the ping pong table is worn away so difficult for small kids and there is a wet patch and smell of drains on the football area.

Avis sur l'hébergement :

We had plenty of space and were close to the pool, cafe and toilets. Was pretty level but needed a wedge under the wheel.

The pitches closer to the main house are smaller and not as level. Also there are no hedges between the pitches so not as much privacy as the pitches at the bottom of the hill. We booked very late so happy with any space.

Gezellige camping, we hebben zelf geen kinderen maar volgens mij werd er voldoende aangeboden voor kinderen. Mooie en romantische sfeer, erg relaxed ook.

De wc’s en douches kunnen echt beter worden schoongemaakt. Er hingen veel spinnenwebben, de ventilatieroosters zaten onder het stof (gevaarlijk voor brand) en de wc’s stonken vaak naar urine. Het eten bij het restaurant was mwah, er zat niet heel veel smaak aan. En het werd super snel geserveerd, alsof het alleen even uit een magnetron kwam. Niet echt een avondje uit.

Perfect. Genoeg ruimte, elektriciteit en water in de buurt

Misschien slim om aan te geven dat een verlengkabel handig is om mee te nemen. Hebben wij automatisch mee, maar ik kan me voorstellen dat niet iedereen dat heeft. De plekken waren daarnaast niet helemaal vlak. Voor een tent is dat best lastig. Maar we hebben er geen grote hinder van ondervonden

Mooie camping met veel entertainment voor jong en oud. Zeer hoge gastvrijheid en alles gaat in goed vertrouwen ( achteraf betalen bijvoorbeeld) Ook hebben we genoten van de vuurwerk show na een zeer interessante uitleg over de camping ( ik ben haar naam vergeten, sorry)

We misten een voetbalveldje.

Zeer luxe prive sanitair plek. We hadden een paar keer wat verstoppingen in de douche en wc maar dat werd heel snel opgelost

Onder het prieeltje was de grond erg ongelijk en de diepvries deed het niet zo goed.

Général :

Deze plek had alles! Diertjes, een rivier, klimbomen,... 1 van de weinige plekken waar kinderen nog echt kinderen kunnen zijn. Wij planden een actieve vakantie vol uitstapjes in de regio maar zijn amper van de camping geweest! We hebben allemaal genoten!

Misschien iets meer groenten en fruit aanbieden in het winkeltje? En iets meer vegetarisch aanbod in het restaurant. Dan moeten we echt de camping niet meer af :-)

Doordat de plekken niet stijf van elkaar zijn gescheiden kom je snel in contact met de andere campinggasten. Er heerst een gezellig familie gevoel :-)

Général :

We love Le Brevedent, this is our second stay and won't be our last. The owners (and all their staff) are the most welcoming we have seen on any site in the world, we actually changed our plans to make sure we could come bask on our way south and to make sure we were there for at least one music night. The facilities and pool are good, the food and entertainment are second to no other campsite and it's not too big.

Keep doing what you are already doing.
