Loved the layout of the pitches and the space provided. Loved that you can request the area you want so that you get the sunny or shady pitch you want. Great for walking the dogs.

Enjoyed bar area but did not find restaurant area appealing as looked dark & not particularly atmospheric. Toilets & showers ok but 1 block not in use and long walk to main block

Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Ambiente insgesamt ist außergewöhnlich und der Pool bei Hitze sehr gut.

Die WC und Waschanlagen sind weit unter den angegebenen 4,5 Sternen! Das Wasser bei den Geschirrspülen wird maximal lauwarm, eine vernünftige Reinigung ist damit nicht möglich, am WC gibt es überhaupt nur Kaltwasser, in den Waschräumen dafür keine Seife und keine Möglichkeit zum Abtrocknen. Ein weiteres Ärgernis sind die andauernd bellenden Hunde von einigen Gästen.

Die Waschräume renovieren und hundefreie Platzzone schaffen, bzw. problematische Hundebesitzer nicht zulassen.

Location, staff, fresh bread etc in the morning.

Some of the toilets near the entrance could have been checked a little more often in case cleaning was required as a few times they were pretty bad. The facilities up by Chateau building were much better.

It was via Lodging i think, it was convenient, your staff quickly provided a fridge / bbq as there seemed to be some confusion as to what should or perhaps isn’t provided???

Maybe the location - would have preferred to be nearer Chateau building

Coming back year after year to Chanteloup is something we look forward to immensely. It never disappoints.

The new timed men’s showers, we realise it preserves water but it’s just not preferable.

The reception area was not very welcoming on arrival, in fact we had to find someone. It is a shame that the information about the wildlife on the site is no longer available.

Beautiful place, great food and a very relaxing place to be.

Staff always very friendly and helpful, great facilities and a beautiful location

Only option for food on the Sunday evening was the Hog Roast. We are vegetarians so no good for us!! In previous years the restaurant and Pizza Take-Away were open but not this year. We had to get back in the car and search out for food.
