Een heerlijk begin van onze vakantie. De rust, de vriendelijke mensen, de bijzonder fraaie locatie en een geweldig (verwarmd) zwembad.

Swimming pool was great, very warm and good size. Toilet and shower facilities nice and clean. Loads of great walks from the site and just a few minutes to the village where there's a shop and bakery. They do burgers every night on site which are delicious and served with chips, 15 euro.

Flat grassy pitch, good size

Too open for us, felt on show as surrounded by others with no privacy. We arrive shortly before reception closed so didn't have chance to request an alternative, but it seemed like most pitches were the same apart from the other side nearer the trees.

The site was idyllic. Well presented and in a peaceful location. The owners and team were friendly and attentive.y wife particularly loved the pool and an early morning swim. See you again soon !

Beautiful surroundings, wonderful hosts, peaceful camping. The standard pitch was perfect for our needs with power and running water, with adequate space and privacy and a nice combination of shade and sun. The addition of burger bar and specialty coffee provision for me were fantastic.The grounds are nice to explore, the pool is beautiful and the nearby village of villedomer is walkable and very nice to visit. There are plenty of chateaus nearby to visit within easy driving distance and both Tours and Amboise are very accessible. Highly recommend and thank you for welcoming us so warmly

The showers are warm and plenty but could do with some more hooks to hang clothes. Perhaps some upgrades to the shower heads at some point in the future to avoid spraying the entire clubicle. This is a minor detail - the site is perfect overall.

Could it be possible to have a way to express a preference of priority - eg close / far from amenities or prioritise shade/sun or privacy etc? Maybe there was and we missed it. But we loved our pitch

The large pitch, the feeling of space and tranquility, the friendly and hardworking staff, the pool and the cleanliness of the sanitary block.

We had an ant issue but it was minor and nothing we couldn’t handle with generous amounts of insect spray.
