I have been coming to Chanteloup (camping for 24 Heures du Mans and Classic Le Mans) ever since 1998 (virtually every year prior to the Pandemic) and wish to go nowhere else. There was a change of ownership a couple of years ago, this has added to and improved the experience. For the previous owners this was just a business, for the current owners, this is their home. The Chateau of Chanteloup is in a beautiful setting with very spacious camping pitches and very good amenities and facilities. Owners and staff are both friendly and helpful. I thoroughly recommend Chanteloup.

The Chanteloup is a lovely location where they make a real effort to bring the visitors together during the weekend whether it’s the car show and buffet on the Friday or the hog roast on the Sunday evening Just Fantastic, we will definitely be back.
My one and only negative comment is the amount of food for the Friday night buffet was insufficient for the number of people attending, still a very enjoyable evening.

Accommodation was very good nice clean showers and toilets, the fresh breads every morning a very nice touch, croissants to die for ??

Friendly, clean with semi - rural feel but with all the fascilities needed. Great pool a big bonus! Can highly recommend, though not the cheapest, but what you would expect as many parties etc thrown in!

Tranquil environment to relax and enjoy eachothers company
Food in the restaurant for our group could have been better for the price. Also service during the dinner and the organised pig roast could have been better.
