The Camping Qualité tool means non-stop progress and improvement for campsite managers. For you, it represents a guarantee of the quality of your pitch, which is crucial to an enjoyable stay. 372 concrete and objective criteria out of the 665 on the assessment grid apply to pitches.
The first is a harmonious and private space, rather than an overcrowded campsite; this is key to your wellbeing.
The criteria concern the pitch itself : access; clearly marked boundaries; a comfortable, flat surface, free of pebbles; proximity to a water source; peace and quiet; distance from visual or sound pollution and odours; but above all safety for children, through the enforcement of speed limits, among other things.
Other criteria concern the natural environment, for example, the presence of trees, a range of different hedges and flowers and their upkeep.
The cleanliness of your pitch is fundamental. No paper, cigarette ends or rubbish when you arrive. Easy, mud-free access to water sources, with paths kept in good condition.
Wash blocks are monitored. Proximity, entrances, lighting, pipes and fittings, water pressure in the showers, water temperature, ventilation, the quality of the equipment available (hand driers, hair driers, bathtubs and baby areas, laundry and ironing area, etc.)
All wash blocks must be cleaned every three hours maximum.
Identical criteria apply to the dishwashing area and laundry sinks.
