    Die ruhige Lage trotz der industriellen Umgebung und die Top Verkehrsanbindung zum öPV

    Die Stromkosten nach tatsächlichem Verbrauch abrechnen und eine ausreichende Leistung z Verfügung stellen. Mit 3 A läuft weder Kaffeemaschine noch Warmwasserbereitung min 6 A besser 10 A sind Standard. Der Gast wird mit zu hohen Pauschalpreis ohne passende Leistung in der Stromversorgung sehr eingeschränkt. Gleichzeitig werden in den Duschen bei moderaten Außentemp. >15° Heizstrahler an den Decken eingeschalten.
