Nous avons passé un séjour agréable, nous n'avons pas eu le temps de nous ennuyer car toujours une idée d'activité à faire au sein du camping. C'est un mini village où tout vous est proposé, avec un personnel très agréable et des emplacements tente gigantesques.

La propreté des toilettes était des fois limite mais probablement plus liée aux campeurs non respectueux des lieux que liée au camping... et des moisissures visibles dans les cabines de douches.

Pour le tri des déchets prôné par le camping, il serait intéressant de fournir une petite poubelle individuelle - au moins pour le compost...

La propreté de la piscine qui était vraiment limite dans sa globalité mais notamment au niveau des marches pour le toboggan, décevant pour un 5 étoiles

In general everything was very good and we are happy

Improvements could be better wifi coverage, the temperature of the outdoor pool was a bit cold even on a +30 degree day and the water drainage of our pitch was a bit rudimentary with just a pvc pipe sticking out of the ground

Leuke camping en voor elke leeftijd wel iets te doen. Podium erg leuk programma savonds. Zwembaden zijn ruim voldoende. Ligbedjes zijn aantal aan vervanging toe. Sanitair was netjes maar bij de afwas had je vaak lauwwarm water terwijl de douche loeiheet was.

Warmwater temperatuur afwas en douches niet te verstellen. Afvoer in wastafels liet te wensen over. Het wegbrengen van het afval was aan de ene kant een op pluspunt maar ook ene minpunt. Waarom? Afval wordt verzameld aan de buitenzijde van de camping. Dit scheelt enorm veel stinkerij en beesten, maar met je zak afval in de brandende zon naar het einde van de camping lopen was niet erg uitnodigd. Gecombineerd met een uitje prima te doen.

Lots to do on site.

There are a lots of rats on site. We saw over ten! Trim trees around lake and make better fishing stages. Disappointing that some of the activities closed for the weekend which was the majority of our stay. We picked the site for the tree wires so sad they were closed.

Houd er rekening mee dat we de toiletten meerdere keren per dag schoonmaken en de douches zullen controleren om de netheid te verbeteren. We hebben ook rekening gehouden met uw opmerkingen over de paden om ze gemakkelijker te kunnen navigeren. De camping is echter erg groot, bijna 40 hectare, en vereist veel middelen en tijd. Ruim opgezette camping. accommodaties en kampeerdeel mooi gescheiden van elkaar. Fijne ontvangst (in het Nederlands) en erg ruime plekken. Wij hadden een plek in het bosrijke gedeelte. Fijn dat er een zwembad is en een meer. De bedjes waren snel bezet, maar op de ligweide kon je prima dan nog zitten.

Wat mij tegenviel was het sanitair. Een mooi en modern gebouw, maar dit werd niet erg schoongehouden. De toiletten, wasbakken en douches waren wel schoon, maar overal hingen spinnenwebben in de hoeken en in het plafond en vuil in de hoeken en goten. Dit moet men echt vaker schoonmaken.

Supergrote plek van bijna 200 m2 en water en afvoer, erg prettig.

Zoals u heeft opgemerkt, is het gebouw erg hoog en hebben we speciale apparatuur nodig om deze schoonmaakwerkzaamheden uit te voeren. Helaas is dit tijdens het seizoen niet mogelijk. En de spinnen hier zijn erg productief. Het spijt ons dat dit uw ervaring een beetje heeft verpest, we nemen dit probleem serieus en zoeken naar oplossingen .... Veel succes verder,

Prima camping , vorig jaar 14 dagen , nu gebruikt als overnachting voor doorreis.

Net als afgelopen jaar werden we op het grote veld geplaatst. Erg saaie plek, alle buren waren er niet of weg voor beide dagen. Ver lopen naar alles.

Het park is ruim opgezet met een meertje in de buurt waar je lekker kan zwemmen, peddelen en vissen, maar ook een zwembad, midget golf, canopi tour (parkour op 15 meter hoogte door de bomen en over het meer met een zipline), uitgebreid kampwinkeltje, jeux de boule veld. Echt een hoop te doen voor de jeugd tot 15 jaar. Twee medewerkers aan de receptie spreken Nederlands wat echt makkelijk is. Het Engels van de rest van de medewerkers aan de receptie is acceptabel.

Slecht gsm bereik en de Wifi was niet toereikend, lag er vaak uit met weinig bereik. Restaurant was kwalitatief niet zo best, (maar de bediening was top). Ook hier is het handig als de animatie of het avond programma in ieder geval goed engels spreekt.

Les activités proposées sont top même si beaucoup de celles ci sont payantes. Le personnel est très souriant et aimable!

Les sanitaires devraient être nettoyés plus souvent (pour un 5 étoiles c’est un peu limite). Beaucoup d étrangers. Déçu du non respect du savoir vivre de la plupart des personnes (linge enlevé de la machine alors qu’elle venait d être finie, bouées et ballons dans la piscine …)

Deze camping is één van de beste die we in ca. 35 jaar vakanties in Frankrijk hebben gehad! Mooie plaatsen, heel mooi en schoon sanitair (zeker ook voor PMR). Het zwembad was prima met lekkere ligstoelen. Complete camping winkel tegen redelijke prijzen en heel.lekker gegeten in het restaurant. Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie. Zelfs in no-time bij-motor van rolstoel gerepareerd. TOP!!

The pool, size of the pitches we stayed in our motorhome. The lodges were really well designed (our daughter, her husband and children were also on the site. The wash and toilet facilities are probably the best I've ever seen on a campsite.

The rubbish and recycling bins were in a very inconvenient place for such a large site. The restaurant was closed for most of our visit

Leuk zwembad en meer, het was nu heel rustig op de camping dus dat was heerlijk! Verder was er weinig te doen, het is ook nog geen hoogseizoen.

We vonden het jammer dat je niets te eten kon halen bij de bar. Een tosti of een patatje is niet heel veel werk. Pizza was ook al dicht dus weinig keuze, want restaurant was ook een paar dagen dicht. Supermarkt is vrij duur, maar dat is meestal op campings. Douches blijven maar heel even aan, je moet steeds opnieuw aan drukken. Verder wel schoon en netjes.

Le cadre, le personnel, la gratuité du mini golf, le grand nombre de services, les animations du soir( sosie de Mickaël Jackson excellent !), la grande piscine, le fait que nous ne soyons pas poussé a la consommation.

Manque de bancs( notamment aux niveaux des jeux enfants) et de poubelles. Le site étant grand, des jeux enfants a différents endroits serait top. Piscine vieillissante et limite dangereuse a certains endroits.( Plaque récupération d'eau enfoncée) Pizzeria fermée. Et surtout le fait que les travaux n' aient était mentionnés ni sur le site internet ni en arrivant donc sanitaire en face de notre emplacement inexploitable ( alors qu'a notre arrivée on nous a dit qu on en avait un juste en face ....) et terrain de sport aussi.

Pas assez de transats à la piscine avec des vacanciers indélicats qui monopolisent les transats alors qu'ils sont sortis de la piscine. La zone herbeuse est envahie d'insectes (nous nous sommes faits piquer à plusieurs reprises). Mettre à minima des chaises supplémentaires ne serait vraiment pas un luxe... Sinon on n'a pas trouvé les poubelles en partant...

We liked the swimming lake and indoor pool and the table tennis

Having amplified music or events until 11pm is too late for a family campsite. On the Friday night we were kept awake until after 230am by loud singing from the centre of the site. (We had asked to move pitch on arrival - after fellow campers warned of the noise - but were told this was not possible.)

This is our first visit to the site, and indeed the region. We were met by a friendly team member, who explained the layout of the site, and showed us to our pitch. We had booked one in the Forest, a fully serviced pitch. With the very hot weatger it was a relief to have the shade of the trees The pitch does slope so ensure you have levelling ramps, as well as sufficient length of drainage pipe. The pitch was a really good size, and lovely and quiet. The onside shop is one of the best I have seen, and not badly priced. The facilities are very good for a family holiday, highly recommend

Very busy site during peak season, pitches are nice and large and we were happy to he in the far corner error away from the main amenities but we felt the site wasn't prepared to cope with the numbers of people. 3 hour wait for pizza, no hand soap in the toilets on numerous occasions and over subscribed activities... the lake and woods are beautiful and you get a real sense of space there but the pool during the day and bar area in the evening were too busy and we felt the staff were trying their hardest but the staffing levels weren't able to handle the sheer volume of people.

Bigger pizza oven. More soap refills in the toilets during the day, more sunbeds by the pool, more staff serving and better catering options.

We were in the far corner and felt we had plenty of space and lots of privacy, birdsong in the morning was a beautiful way to wake up every morning!

Lots to do for families (most at extra cost), toilet and showers block was immaculate and clean (hot showers!)

Reduce the level of noisy coming from the evening entertainment. A better sound proofed stage would help. Also tell guests on arrival about proximity to main area and how loud it will be every night. You can't talk outside or hear radio over the entertainment. Rubbish and recycling nowhere near the pitches. Saw people driving cars to the bin area. Site information on arrival said there was food waste but this wasn't true.

Great animations programme, the staff worked really hard. Lake was great for paddleboarding. Lots to do in the area but most of it is at least half an hour away (we knew this when we booked). Local village has an outstanding restaurant. Shower block is the smartest onen I have ever seen! No waits for the showers and they were very modern and clean.

Lake beach a bit small. Restaurant nice but seervice very slow, would use the amazing resto in the village instead.

We had a good sized pitch near (but not too near) modern, very well maintained toilet facilities. There was lots going on if you wanted to join in, and it didn't go on too late.

Grass on the pitch was very long - not a major issue but it could have done with a cut.

Really liked this campsite, nice variety of pitches - full sun to full shade and everything in-between, great market, great pool complex, lovely lake. Sanitary block was spotless all the time

I think the bar area, inside, could be much improved. Very bare. Great amount of space that could be used to make an amazing setting. General (take inspiration from inside bar of Les mouettes in Roscoff)

Auf unserer Campingtour durch Frankreich, haben wir für einen Zwischenstopp in Fierbois gehalten und uns zwei Tage dort wirklich gut von der langen Fahrt erholt. Die Kinder fanden den Platz und vor allem den Pool toll und wir Erwachsene haben uns über die sauberen Sanitäranlagen gefreut. Alles super und wir werden bestimmt nochmal wiederkommen.

Leuke camping met veel sportieve mogelijkheden. Het animatieprogramma was in orde. Mooi en proper sanitair gebouw. Grote staanplaats voor de caravan. Vriendelijk personeel die steeds bereikbaar waren.

Dit was in orde. Grote plaats, voor caravan en tent en auto.

Aangezien wij vroeg in het seizoen waren misschien het groen rond en op de staanplaatsen al vroeger kort zetten. Maar dit is dan ook maar een heel klein puntje.

Een camping de is voorzien van alle voorzieningen. Er wordt ruim voldoende animatie en vertier georganiseerd.

van de 13 dagen hebben we 3 dagen warm water tijdens afwassen gehad. Mensen gingen bij de accommodatie water koken en dan meenemen. Vervelend als je een vette vaat hebt. Warmwatervoorziening lijkt niet toereikend veel het aantal mensen. Ook af en toe koud water gehad tijdens douchen. Voor meer dan € 100,- per overnachting in een tent verwacht je dat dit goed voor elkaar is op een 5* camping. Eenmalig 24 uur geen warmwater gehad (technische storing kan altijd gebeuren). Vaak was s'avonds het toiletpapier op. Zou eigenlijk s'avonds aangevuld moeten worden. Tafeltennis locatie vroeg dicht.

Merci de votre feed back. Pour ce qui concerne les repas, vous avez la pizzeria qui est ouverte le midi, et la boutique vend des plats à emporter. La boutique ne bénéficie pas des conditions d'achat d'un hypermarché. C'est un service pour vous éviter d'avoir à perdre du temps et consommer de l'essence, mais si vous voulez profiter de prix bas, vous pouvez prendre votre voiture et aller au supermarché le plus proche qui est à 6/7 km et qui est très bien aussi. Quant au prix : sur un emplacement il peut y avoir 5 ou 6 personnes qui consomment de l'eau, de l'electricité, qui profitent gratuitement du lac, des piscines surveillées, des concerts et des animations gratuites, du club enfant et/ou du club ados, des lasergames et archery games, du minigolf, du ping pong, d'un grand parc de 40 ha entretenu pour que vous puissiez vous promener, d'un gardien qui assure la sécurité la nuit ... Tout ca pour 20 ou 25 euros par jour. Nous pouvons en disscuter mais nous qui savons tout le travail que cela représente, ça nous semble juste.

Beaucoup d'activités. Camping très calme.

Panneaux d'interdiction autour de la piscine et pourtant les surveillants de piscine ne font rien respecter. Impossible de nager, les personnes sautent dans l'eau, font des bombes, il faut faire attention de ne pas se prendre un ballon dans la tête. Bref très déçu par la piscine, enfin par les animateurs qui laissent tout faire !

Merci de votre feed back, et désolés de votre sentiment de déception vis à vis de la piscine. Vous avez raison de noter et de déplorer que les consignes soient trop peu respectées. Mais nous attirons votre attention sur le faits que les baignades se font sous la surveillance des adultes et que nous n'avons aucune obligation d'embaucher des maîtres nageurs. Nous le faisons parce que nous sommes soucieux de sécurité ; les maîtres nageurs sont donc avant tout là pour assurer la sécurité des baigneurs, avec une attention plus particulière sur le lac où la baignade est potentiellement plus dangereuse. Ils ne sont ni des éducateurs, ni des policiers. Il n'est pas très juste de leur faire porter toute la responsabilité du bon usage de la piscine par tout un chacun. Croyez bien que cela nous soucie, nous sommes conscients que cela peut être très indisposant pour les personnes qui ont envie de calme pour pouvoir nager. Nous attirerons l'attention de l'équipe sur la nécessité de ne pas renoncer à rappeler les règles et nous reflechissons surtout à réserver la piscine couverte à un usage plus calme, au moins à certains moments de la journée. Nous espérons trouver ainsi un compromis plus satisfaisant pour l'avenir.

Quant à la tonte des espaces verts, c’est un choix de notre part de ne pas tondre excessivement notamment en cette saison où la biodiversité a tant besoin d’être préservée. Quelques mots pour clarifier notre perspective à ce sujet : Le parc est situé dans un écrin naturel de 40 hectares qui selon nous doit sa beauté, son charme et son intérêt au fait qu’il reste naturel précisément. Nous faisons des choix esthétiques et éthiques tout à fait réfléchis afin de permettre à chacun de vivre une expérience d’immersion dans un environnement plutôt naturel, sans pour autant se priver d’un certain confort. Nous sommes conscients que ce mix délicat puisse surprendre et faisons notre possible pour répondre autant que faire se peut aux demandes spécifiques des uns et des autres. Une personne à l’accueil le jour de notre arrivée, qui, alors que nous nous sommes embourbés avec notre camping-car, a été très désagréable en nous répondant que c’était de notre faute et qu’on aurait dû le voir avant de manœuvrer ! Heureusement, la gentillesse d’une autre dame à l’accueil (avec un accent, belge peut-être ??), qui a tout fait pour nous faire remorquer et trouver un autre emplacement, à adoucit cette première mauvaise impression !

Amazing pitches in the woods with a peaceful feel to them. Hidden away from some great amenities including a Great Lake with inflatable fun!

Just the volume of the karaoke and entertainment in the evening carries through the resort. Fine for most I am sure and it’s quiet when it finishes around 11ish. I would prefer the volume a little quieter.

Accueil très professionnel et sympathique infrastructure de bonne qualité point diversité des animations et activités

Plusieurs toilettes étaient inopérants ce qui a rendu l'accès aux sanitaires un peu compliqué parfois. Des voisins extrêmement bruyants jusqu'à 3h du matin malgré nos demandes de réduction de bruit et qui n'ont pas été du tout dérangés par un gardien qui ferait une ronde. J'en conclus qu'il n'y a pas de personne qui fait une ronde ce qui n'est pas normal au vu du nombre de personnes dans le camping. Nous sommes partis un jour plus tôt pour ne plus avoir à supporter ces voisins bruyants et irrespectueux. D'ailleurs 80% des emplacements autour d'eux étaient vides à notre départ (fuites ?)

Het water van het zwembad was koud ,en de douche was regelmatig erg koud ! Het gehandicapten toilet is niet geschikt voor mijn gehandicapten dochter ,de toiletpot is te laag en te dicht bij de muur en heeft geen opklapbare leuning de douche heeft ook geen 0pklapbare leuning ,ze kan ook niet goed bij de kraan van de wastafel !

Zwembad en meer zijn super en in het geheel een gezellige leuke camping. Erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam bij de receptie.

Misschien het zwembad een uurtje langer open, de camping plaatsen achter het sanitair gebouw hebben geen schaduw Misschien een paar bomen plaatsen zou niet verkeerd zijn. Druk bij het gerenoveerde sanitair gebouw omdat de hele camping daar naartoe gaat omdat het andere sanitair gebouw oud is en de helft het daar niet doet. Oude sanitair gebouw ook renoveren is mijn tip. Ook bij bar/terras is het erg vroeg afgelopen Misschien een uurtje langer.

die vielen verschiedenen Angebote auf dem Platz (See, Schwimmbad, Erlebnisbad, Spielplatz etc.)

Preise für die Kettcars senken, Liegeflächen im Erlebnisbad neuen Rasen legen, grundlegende Wartung der Warmwasserversorgung im neuen Badehaus, um weitere Ausfälle von Warmwasser zu verhindern. Trotz Firmenbesuch funktionierte anschließend nicht jede Dusche und man musste suchen bzw. warten, aber grundsätzlich war immer eine warme Dusche zu finden :-) Weiterhin andere Toilettenpapierspender installieren, weil die bisherigen oft nicht mehr bedienbar waren, weil das Papier unmittelbar hinter dem Ausgang abgerissen war

viel Schatten, im Waldteil des Platzes, Lage des Zeltplatzes durch Rezeption super ausgewählt, nicht zu nahe an einer Straße, sondern an einem Waldweg, ruhig zwischen Bäumen im Wald, trotzdem nahe genug an der Sanitäranlage (3 min), aber außer Sicht- Hör und Geruchsweite. Alle Aktivitäten des Platzes gleich weit weg. Sehr guter Zeltplatz!!! Merci bien!!

Par rapport aux autres années, nous avons remarqué un manque de propreté dans les sanitaires. Les douches étaient ou très froides, ou brulantes (mitigeur inopérant). Eau pour la vaisselle également désespérément froide. Nous n'avons également pas compris pourquoi bon nombre de toilettes se trouvaient fermées le matin alors qu'au réveil les campeurs font la queue....pour notre part nous pouvions nous replier sur notre camping-car. Le cadre est propice à la détente, le camping offre beaucoup d'activités gratuite, et est plutôt complet dans l'ensemble l'équipe est très accueillante,les sanitaires sont propres .

La piscine n'est pas chauffé..ou en tout cas pas beaucoup et le manque de contrôle du maître nageur est inexistant. Un peut d'attente pour le bar en pleine saison 1 seule serveuse . Dommage qu'il n'y est pas un Local poubelle plus proche. Nous avons payé un peu moins de 300€ pour 3jours 2 nuits.un peu cher.cela reste un peu cher mais un très bel endroit. La supérette ferme de 12:00/15:00

Dagelijkse activiteiten voor jong en oud. Leuk zwemmeer met speelmogelijkheden. Op zich een mooi gebouwd zwembad. Gezellig. Superette met alle benodigdheden. In de meeste gevallen zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Onderhoud van zwembad kon iets beter. Vaak problemen met koud water in de douche. Vervallen artikelen in superette. Dagelijkse check up van vleeswaren zou hier gepast zijn.

Accommodation review :

Voldoende plaats, lekker onder de bomen dus ideaal om met een tent hierheen te komen tijdens warme dagen. Aangenaam.

Ondanks het water uit de kraan drinkbaar zou moeten zijn, kwam er toch heel wat vuil uit. Oude plombering? Een opvangbak onder de kraan had handig geweest.

Mooi sanitair, goed onderhouden en schoongemaakt. Mankementen snel gemarkeerd en opgelost. Extra speeltuig in het meer was leuk. Eerste twee dagen was brood in winkel snel op, maar daarna was er genoeg. Goed dat personeel zich hier op aanpaste.

Zeep bij een wastafel een paar dagen niet bijgevuld. Jammer dat klimparcours niet beschikbaar was.

Op zich is de camping in zijn geheel leuk. Toiletten en douches zijn er voldoende aanwezig en worden regelmatig gereinigd. Iedereen is vriendelijk en proberen altijd te helpen en duidelijke uitleg te geven. Het zwembad is een leuke verkoeling. Wij hebben 2 tieners (12 & 15) en een peuter (4) en ze hebben zich alle 3 super geamuseerd.

Het beton rond het zwembad zou eens behandeld mogen worden omdat de kinderen hun tenen open schuren ( wij hebben ze waterschoenen gegeven) en iets sterkere WiFi zou fijn zijn. Verder geen opmerkingen.

Un grand emplacement proche du lac pour notre camping car, un très beau cadre en forêt, mais des animations trop bruyantes notamment à la piscine et en soirée, bien trop tardives (jusqu'à 23h30 alors que de nombreux campings limite le bruit à 22h00).

Une piscine trop petite pour un 5 étoiles de cette taille

De plek en het meer

Het lauwe of koude water in de douche ‘s avonds. DIT KAN ECHT NIET op een camping als deze. Die moet top prioriteit zijn voor de eigenaren om dit probleem op te lossen. Zet dan maar 20 boilers neer. Maar doe iets. En zorg voor muziek bij de WC. Verder is de plek voor afval erg ver weg en slecht toegankelijk. Ook dit is een grote ergernis. En het afval weg brengen

Lovely, comfortable site. Fantastic sized large pitch. Toilets and showers immaculately clean. Restaurant excellent and the shop had a fabulous range of goods. Loved every minute here and will return. Swimming pool and bar spotlessly clean. This site is outstanding.

Le parc est vraiment superbe, plaisant et ressourçant. La piscine extérieure est peut-être un peu petite pour le nombre de personnes possible mais compensée par la piscine couverte et le lac.

L'eau des piscines était un peu fraîche. L'espace ping pong est sympa mais les balles s'échappent vite ce qui oblige à monter descendre fréquemment.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en tente. La piscine extérieure était formidable (même si un peu froide). Notre emplacement confort était très spacieux, très vert. Les sanitaires sont impeccables, pour ne pas dire luxueux, avec un jardin de roses au milieu.

Nous n'avons pas pu bénéficier des animations enfants à cette saison, mais tout le personnel que nous avons rencontré était chaleureux et sympathique. Un petit bémol sur l'accueil à l'arrivée : pas de plaquette, juste un plan du camping, nous avons eu du mal à bien comprendre rapidement toutes les possibilités d'activités. Formidable vue sur le lac, promenade dans la forêt... c'est un endroit incroyable !

Heel leuke activiteiten, vooral leuk voor met kinderen, maar ook voor volwassenen leuk en gevarieerd. Regelmatig live muziek in het café. Prima zwembad, netjes sanitair, wordt goed schoongemaakt. Standplaats is zeer ruim. Heel aardige en hulpvaardige medewerkers. Prima winkel, met verse croissants.

Muizen op het veldje, maar dit is bijna niet te voorkomen. De afhaal pizza's zijn niet zo goed. Restaurant heb ik niet geprobeerd.

Groot en ruim! Goed afgescheiden van de buren, maar wel mogelijkheid om contact te hebben wanneer dat gewenst is.

Er lopen muizen, maar dat is moeilijk te voorkomen.

Leuke en goed verzorgde camping met hele grote plaatsen. Veel animatie voor de kinderen. Leuk zwembad en strandje. Mooie meertjes om te vissen, wandelen en te surveivelen. Kortom: variatie genoeg voor jong en oud.

Le grand emplacement, les sanitaires, l'espace aquatique, la pêche dans le lac, les animations.

Pas de location de frigo, mais casier réfrigéré aux sanitaires. Bien en soi, mais pas pratique au vu des allers-retours qu'il faut faire depuis l'emplacement. Les petites voiturettes électriques du camping qui passent à 8h30 du matin sur le chemin, et qui nous réveillent.

C'était fantastique, on a même pu choisir notre place. Une expérience de club med dans un camping. Presque tout le monde était amical et poli. Nous reviendrons

Deux conseils lorsque les gens font de leur mieux pour parler français, parlez français en retour. Et à la dame de la réservation dans le restaurant. Nous avons réservé trop tard, soyez un peu plus polis et empathiques lorsque vous nous renvoyez à nouveau. Nous comprenons la situation, mais nous sommes partis avec un sentiment désagréable.

Problème récurrent d'eau chaude dans les douches. Pas toujours de savon pour se laver les mains. Même si il y a beaucoup de monde, et que c'est aussi l'affaire de tous, les sanitaires et douches pourraient être plus propre. En gros il manque du personnel pour l'entretien du camping.

Prima zwembaden, klimbos, activiteiten 's avonds.

Vaak geen warm water om af te wassen, wc papier op, zeep op, 1 vloerwisser voor twee doucheblokken. Eenmaal pizza afgehaald, dit was de slechtste pizza die we ooit gegeten hebben, daarna durfden we niet meer van het restaurant gebruik te maken. Winkel heeft goed assortiment, maar het stokbrood is nooit knapperig vers. Geen hangplek voor jongeren bij slecht weer, deze zochten dan maar de sanitairruimte op. Jammer dat er gerookt mag worden op de terrassen.

grote plekken, prima plaats om een tussenstop te maken. Toiletgebouw gerenoveerd maar niet goed schoongehouden, schimmel in de douches en vies toilet. Restaurant personeel zeer vriendelijk, snelle bediening maar eten erg slecht. In de nacht veel geluidoverlast van een groep tieners.

Super grote plaatsen, goede afscheiding. Nieuw sanitair gebouw. Wordt ook goed schoongemaakt. Super locatie voor de pingpong. S avonds een leuke hangplek voor de jeugd.

Door corona helaas maar 25% bezetting. Komt de campingsfeer niet ten goede. Daardoor wel wal meer ruimte in zwembad. Zonder corona was zwembad waarschijnlijk veel te vol. Voetbalveld is meer een knollenveld. Animatie was minimaal. De leider vd disco bakte er weinig van. Prijs kwaliteitverhouding is niet helemaal goed.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Grote staanplaatsen. Heel net toilette gebouw.

Met ziplinen krijg je geen helm en handschoenen. Dat heeft bij enkele van ons klein verwondingen op opgeleverd. Het is wel een leuke route die je aflegt. Paar keer over het meer. Bent echt anderhalf uur bezig.

Accommodation review :

Gezien de hitte was een volledige schaduw plaats erg prettig. Ivm corona was het niet druk waardoor we zelf een plek mochten kiezen.

Het koste €6 om een was te draaien. Krijgt wel wasmiddel erbij maar dat had ik zelf meegenomen.

heel vaak geen warm water bij de douches/wasbakken en zeker geen heet water bij de afwasruimte - laatste paar dagen van ons verblijf werd de supermarkt op de camping als maar leger - wij hebben betaald voor een verblijf op een 5 sterren camping maar hieraan voldeed de camping niet.

Het zwembad was erg mooi, peutergedeelte een beetje verwarmd. Leuke glijbanen. Nederlandse receptioniste maakte communicatie erg makkelijk. Voor gebruik midgetgolf en tafeltennis was er alleen borg nodig, geen huur. Voor de kinderen was er een 'coole' poolparty en schuimparty.

Het sanitair in het nieuwste gebouw vertoonde nogal eens problemen. Meerdere keren verstopte toiletten (dan gelijk allemaal) met de nodige onsmakelijke beelden op de nuchtere maag. Zeer regelmatig geen warm water. De hoeven van de pony's waren erg slecht verzorgd waardoor deze niet goed meeliepen.

De plek was nogal onregelmatig/hobbelig, wat zorgde voor wat rare kuilen in de tent.

I think there should be a sign stating that sun beds CANNOT be reserved. Ridiculous that we turn up at 1030 the pool is fairly empty yet every sun bed is reserved. The young lady took some towels off and gave someone a bed, but this should be done on all reserved beds.

Pool is brilliant, but need more seating - get rid of the grass, it’s too messy. Shower block looks amazing but is actually not good - cold water most days (and I mean FREEZING). Toilets blocked every other day.

de commissie op het afhalen van geld. Het betaalsysteem in het winkeltje werkte niet waardoor je aan de receptie geld moest afhalen om dan cash in de winkel te betalen. Ook dan moest je de commissie van 6% betalen.

Mooi zwembad, overzichtelijke camping. Beetje jammer dat er zoveel verschil zit tussen de 2 sanitair blokken. Ruim assortiment in de winkel. Genoeg te doen voor de jeugd!

Wij vonden het vreemd dat de laatste dagen van ons verblijf bij ons tegenover op beide plekken zoveel mensen waren. De plek tegenover ons stonden 2 caravans en de plek daar naast stond een camper en er waren 3 gezinnen/auto's bij op de plek waardoor het erg onrustig en rumoerig was. Erg vreemd dat dit mag.... Op de site stond dat er opblaasbare speeltoestellen in het meer zouden liggen waar onze kinderen zich erg op hadden verheugd, helaas lag er niks in het meer behalve een vlot!

Het is een heerlijke camping met mooie groene plekken. Deels in het bos en deels daarnaast, maar met veel groen tussen en om de plekken. Het nieuwe toiletgebouw is prachtig!!!!

Het nieuwe toiletgebouw was echt prachtig, maar het water was vaak koud en er kwam maar weinig water uit de douches. Dat is echt een enorm minpunt!

La piscine et le lac sont très sympa, notre fille à adoré les toboggans ! Les sanitaires sont propres, bien entretenus, neufs et adaptés pour les jeunes enfants et les bébés.

l'espace bar / snack n'est vraiment pas bien tenu... 40 min pour avoir 3 croque-monsieur encore congelés à l'intérieur et 2 portions de frites. C'est sale sur les tables qui ne sont pas rangées, les pieds collent au sol à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur notre fille de 2 ans s'est coupée le pied avec du verre ! La poubelle débordait ! C'est dommage car le lieu est très sympa...

Animatie voor kinderen was erg leuk, zoals kidsclub, minidisco, poolparty, schuimparty en ponyrijden.

Op piekmomenten was er soms nauwelijks warm water (vooral bij afwas) Tafel voor mij en mijn zoon reserveren bleek niet mogelijk, kon pas na 20:00 uur, terwijl het restaurant voor 3/4 leeg was. Ik snap het voor het restaurant commercieel niet interessant is, maar zeg dat dan gewoon. Prijzen in de horeca zijn best hoog (voor een camping wel begrijpelijk overigens).

Het is een mooi aangelegen camping , leuk zwembad , nieuw sanitair gebouw ziet er goed uit. Personeel bij de receptie is vriendelijk en helpt je waar kan. Leuke activiteiten vrijwel elke avond. Voor jong en oud .

Wifi op de camping moet je flink voor betalen per dag, dit vinden wij niet meer van deze tijd. Het nieuwe sanitair gebouw heeft een flink aantal dagen met koud water/ geen water of zwakke straal gekamt. De oplossing liet lang op zich wachten. Douche bij het oude sanitair gebouw was geen optie, die is TE oud en word niet meer goed onderhouden. Het zwembad was tijdens top drukte ernstig vervuild, vies en warm water. Wc papier word slecht aangevuld . Ik de avond en nacht geen zichtbaar toezicht, waardoor in de nacht soms veel lawaai. In 1 jaar tijd alles zeker met 30% verhoogd.

The wash facilities are excellent, well maintained, very clean park with helpful staff.

We had previously hired a fridge, which despite putting the request in my booking form, was not available this year. The cool lockers are just not big enough, and we find the shop too expensive (compared to a supermarket) for buying all our food.

Mooie grote plekken, mooi zwembad. Ondanks drukte toch gevoel van rust op de camping. Omgeving is erg mooi, op +/- 30 minuten rijden wat leuke dorpjes gezien en kasteel Vilandry bezocht. Afstand goed te rijden, wij gaan zeker nog eens terug

Hygiëne op de camping kan wel meer aan gedaan worden in het hoogseizoen. Toiletten niet altijd schoon en containerbakken werden weinig geleegd.

Mooie plaatsen. Ruim opezette camping. Meertje erbij is leuk. Ideaal voor de hond om af te koelen.

Er zou 's avonds wat vaker een gezellig miziekoptreden mogen zijn. Band van zaterdag 20 juli was erg goed. Eerste week was het 's avonds erg rustig. Onderhoud /snoeiwerk groenvoorziening had al klaar moeten zijn voordat het hoogseizoen begint. Nu werden we vaak vroeg wakker vsnwege de snoeiwerkzaamheden. Tip:. voortaan eerder beginnen.

Beautiful camping, lovely huge places, beautifully renovated sanitair building. Nice swimming pool and lovely entertainment at night with a lot of variety. We loved staying at parc de fierbois!

The neighbourhood was less attractive than we expected. However, within a 30 min drive by car there are amazing castles.

Please improve the menu card at the restaurant by adding gauffres and pancakes for the kids and add more waitresses to bring everyone’s food in time. That’s the only suggestion we have :-)

Large private pitch. Responsive and helpful staff in reception when we wanted to change pitch due to too much shade and staying an extra night. The cafe catered for us on our first night even though they had just closed...we had travelled all day and were very grateful to the staff. The chef and the waitress were so lovely. We loved the lake The toilets can mak or break a camping holiday and yours were superb and I have never said that before! I! Thank you.

We were significantly overcharged in the shop but this was probably a mistake.

Fishing was good but the catfish did ruin the experience a bit as they became a nuisance.

Just that the pitches were poorly maintained. I had to cut down over growing brambles and I had to cross the adjoining pitch to reach the electric.

Very large pitches and great to have your own tap. We were put in a full sun pitch but as it was so hot we asked to move to a shaded one, which was no problem.

We were able to get a pitch in the trees to provide shade. The new toilet block is simply the best I have seen in any camp site anywhere.

The restaurant menu was limited and the beef bourgouignon was only lukewarm - but very tasty nonetheless.

The lake was beautiful and usually quiet. The pools were clean, and the staff helpful. Great shop, and lots to do for our children aged 10 and 11.

The pool area was amazing, walking round the lake was always quiet and the adventure parc with zip wires was great fun too!

Our toilet block was a little dated although clean. The whole place we found clean, but large old cobwebs and some old rotten plants could be cleared away to improve the appearance.

Our pitch (#50) was ideally placed in the shade of lovely tall trees, close enough to the facilities without actually looking at them. It was a huge pitch and really felt like camping here.

A lovely site, very family oriented. Big pitches, fantastic wash block, lovely pool. Friendly and helpful staff.

No vegetarian options at the restaurant which meant we could not eat there.

Accommodation review :

Big pitch, useful to have water and drainage. Very kindly we were placed next to friends, which we had requested. Thank you.

Mooi sanitair Goed zwembad Centrale ligging

Wij moeste helaas een week eerder weg vanwege de ziekte van een familielid thuis. Omdat we alles vooraf hebben betaald hebben we aangegeven wat de situatie was. Helaas heeft ze camping ons hier niet in tegemoet willen komen. Wij hebben dus weken betaald voor het verblijf van een week. Daarbij hebben we dus €1000 betaald voor een plek in de hoek van de camping tussen de stacaravans. Erg jammer dat dit niet beter is opgelost

Grote kampeerplekken, gezellige sfeer, schoon en genoeg voorzieningen voor invulling van vrije tijd.

Afhaalmenus waren koud en te kleine porties. De animatie activiteiten vind ik te klassiek. Meer uitdaging in t aanbod van activiteiten mag verwacht worden vh animatie team. Bijvoorbeeld een spooktocht organiseren, meer Muziek en dans vanuit team in de avond ipv afgezaagde karaoke.

The pitch allocated was perfect, and the largest of all Castell sites we have visited so far. Well screened for privacy, and not too far from the toilet block.
