General information :
Good location. Close to Tours and also situated next to a small village with a great restaurant. Modern and clean swimming pool and bar area.
The beach/lake area was great but was not well kept. Some weeds were over 1m high! The take away menu was very limited and although the site wasn't busy the wait times were very long. The restaurant was very expensive, although that is usual for all campsites.
Accommodation review :
Large and spacious. Plenty big enough for 2 families. Lots of outside space with good furniture and decking.
The gite was very dated, had not been cleaned properly and is in poor condition. Is is very unwelcoming and it has not been decorated in at least 20 years. There are large cracks through the floor tiles, the ceiling, internal and external walls. We had concerns about the structural safety of the building. Although outside space is good and the decking is great, the provision of 2 parasols is totally inadequate for 10 people. It and the surrounding gites need to be fully renovated to bring them up to the high end description on the website.

mooi zwembad en vijver.... rustig gelegen in een prachtige franse streek...
ons huis ....

wij zaten op een hele rustige plaats vlak naast het domein... in het grande maison... een huis voor tot 12 personen...
ons huis liet wat te wensen over... de algemene indruk was een oud huis ... er lag op vele plaatsen nog stof te vinden, gordijnen zo oud als de straat.. in één van de badkamers was van het fineer van het badkamermeubel deels weg... kraanwerk was niet proper en voor de keukenkraan was geen dop voorzien voor afsluiten van de spoelbakken... behangpapier was op heel veel verschillende plaatsen losgekomen.. enfin, alles was aanwezig... maar de properheid liet wat te wensen over....
