General information :

Le calme,la nature et la sérénité . Accueil cordial avec un petit tour de voiturette pour l'installation! Le personnel est souriant, disponible et très réactif ( dans les 10 minutes,la climatisation était installée) La fontaine à eau plate et gazeuse à disposition, le portage du pain le matin au chalet,tout est fait dans la discrétion . La possibilité de privatiser l'espace SPA dans son écrin, surplombant le domaine, et bénéficier des soins détente ,ont vraiment été source de bien être. Un moment rare. Merci

La housse plastique du matelas n'est pas très agréable

L'espace, les équipements, la propreté, les produits cosmétiques, le calme, le spa

Une odeur de climatisation en fin de séjour (supportable mais nous aurions demandé un nettoyage/une désinfection si survenuecen début de séjour) Le matelas du lit adulte qui aurait pu être un peu plus confortable. Une petite musique zen au spa serait un plus (pour ceux qui le souhaitent)
