Liked so much, lovely surroundings with flowers, fantastic reception staff and the riding stables were wonderful.

Have a child only just turned 4 who can ride a bike but not well, would have been nice if there were a flat easy access trail to do a bike ride with him. Attempted yellow circuit but was far too hard. Some broken play area equipment. Overall loved our stay though!

This is our second stay. It’s a great site, very clean, very friendly staff, all the facilities we need and in a nice area of Vendée. We tried the kids clubs and football clubs which the kids enjoyed and allowed us a couple of hours of peace.

Only being able to check in on Saturday’s and Wednesday’s was limiting.

Excellent. It was expensive but much nicer than the Eurocamp caravan we stayed in last year. We thought it was worth it and would stay in one again.

They are surrounded by bamboo which is great for privacy but it grows and collapses so quickly we were constantly walking through it to get in and out of the car and the pitch

Beautiful site, fantastic accommodation. Reception staff are fantastic and really Helpful. Teenagers loved the Wi-Fi in the accommodation and the layout of the mobile. We really liked the new bracelet system for paying for items. We love the bar near the reception as more characterful than the main bar. The wine and cheese evening is fantastic.

Would like to see more Sun loungers. The new system in place removing towels does help but does seem unfair if you need a drink or food. Think you should be given 30 minutes to allow you to get food or drink during the day without vacating a Sunbed. We love the reception bar but seems a shame that it closes so early (I’m sure it used to be open later).

Beautifully clean. Teenagers loved the Wi-Fi. Great layout. Really enjoyed the privacy of the garden around the mobile. Comfortable beds, and enjoyed the beds being made up before arrival as meant we could just unpack and start our holiday straight away.

Would be nice to have some basic toiletries such as hand soap.

We loved the cabin. There was loads for the kids to do. Lovely setting and comfortable beds. The shop onsite was fantastic. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved the night animals tour.

We didn’t like the restaurant or the take away food.

We enjoyed the privacy with our secluded garden. The facilities were excellent and we had everything we needed for a multi generation family of 5.

It's a very relaxed vibe here. Loved the spaciousness better than any other ive seen. So safe for kids easy to mind them.

I wish more information was given at reception about the walking/cycling trails. Found it hard to figure them out. Also some activities were booked days in advance so maybe let guests new to campsite know which activities get booked out quickly so they are in the know to book them in advance

The twin room beds were very creaky and not all that comfortable.

We rented a Taos cabin (Romarins?) and the frame of the double bed was very, very noisy. Even the slightest movement would create enough noise to wake someone up. Needs maintenance or replacement.

I liked the surroundings and the vibe and atmosphere on the site. The site felt safe for kids. Beautiful flowers and trees. Enough space including sun loungers at the pool that you didn’t have to get there early to get one (but not sure what this would be like in high season). The staff were very friendly, always smiling and helpful. Free pedal boats and canoe is very nice. The grounds were clean. The bouncy castles were great. The pitch for soccer tournament is great. Nice central place and easy to do day excursions. Chateau is beautiful to look at.

The take away was poor quality & it was expensive. The lasagne was frozen in the middle. Coffee is terrible The restaurant was ok but over priced and choices were limited. The bouncy castles for the small children could be up more. bike rental is expensive €35 for 3 days!!!! The convenient store shouldn’t close during the day this is very annoying. The lighting around the camp site is very bad after dark. The sensor in ‘Roses’ garden wasn’t working. You needed a torch after you passed the night security cabin as there were few lights making it dangerous.

Lovely secluded private garden, with nice green bushes. Nice outdoor space and great covered in canopy. Small inside for 6 ppl but we managed. Beds were comfortable enough and sheets were clean. Lots of pots, saucepans, utensils etc. Good black out blinds.

The space is tight for ‘premium’ especially storage. There was nowhere to put 6 suitcases! Not enough storage for clothes! We stayed for 10 nights and I think there should be one bed and towel change included in price. The end of stay cleaning fee is extortion. After paying €200 you need to scrub the BBQ like new and strip the beds. I left the place as we found it so I wonder why the huge fee. We did everything ourselves except wash the floor….which was actually not clean when we arrived. The pillows are not comfortable.

Le mobilier est un peu usé à certains endroits. Nous l'avons signalé à l'accueil mais ça nous empêchera pas de revenir l'année prochaine.

This was our fourth time staying with you. It was very enjoyable despite the heatwave! Children loved the swimming pool, the horse trekking and the Wi-Fi zones. Really enjoyed the wine and cheese evenings. The ice cream counter and fresh croissants are a big hit. The refilling of water bottles is a great initiative

Air conditioning in accommodation is necessary due to heat and mosquitoes. The lagoon has deteriorated since our last stay and wasn’t very popular with guests. It needs to be improved so guests can enjoy it. There needs to be more organised meetings or activities for young teens. The football pitch has become very hard due to heat pack of rain and wear and tear. It’s too easy for the kids to sustain an injury playing on such hard ground.

Superbe accueil de la patronne en personne. Visite découverte du domaine commenté très intéressant. Nous avons fait de belles rencontres avec d'autres campeurs qui sont devenus des amis. Petit Séjour à refaire.

Le service était limité par le manque de personnel (jeune et novice) Normal après 2 ans de pandémie et du personnel difficile à trouver sur le marché de l'emploi compliqué. Restauration limitée et service au bar piscine lent. Campeurs étranger très bruyant et sans gêne (problème d'éducation)

Fantastic, We all had a great break away. We had booked but due to COVID we had to cancel. late July, we got the clearance to travel to France. We got straight on to Anastasia, who was just brilliant we booked last minute for 10 nights. We count ourselves very lucky to have had a holiday here. The staff were just fantastic ensuring all procedures were being met, all the while with a very positive and welcoming approach. The Pools and surrounding area spotless. We knew exactly what facilitates were open as the correspondence was outstanding. We felt part of the Team one big happy family.

It was a shame the mini-market wasn't open, so handy pop in for milk n bread usual. But having said that the team arranged for a bread collection each morning from the Reception bar. you just pre - ordered before 4 pm previous day all had to do was go collect it . Fantastic service in the scheme of what was going on around. Garangeoire thought of pretty much everything that they could possibly do to substitute the closure of some facilities on-site and give us the true family feeling and atmosphere that we usually get when we have been before. Rebooked for next year for the ultimate experience

This accommodation is first class . spotless in every way . Could not fault it at all. The private garden to the beds made up on arrival , abundance of Towels supplied , everything was immaculate. We loved staying here , probably our favorite accommodation so far , we have holidayed at La Garangeiore for the last 4 years in various types of accommodation. The TAOS 3 bed is the ultimate luxury as caravans/ homes go. Plenty of space inside and out , everything was catered for

Not having Air con , We were fine most of the time as we had shade from the bamboo/ garden around our plot but lucky for us we had extreme heat 34-36 few days and we found it a bit uncomfortable at night sleeping , Air con would have been very welcome. It would of been nice to have but not an necessity I would still book this accommodation . The mattress were a bit hard , not much give, almost need a soft mattress Topper top just to make it a little more snug. The beds took a few days getting used to.
