We really enjoyed our stay at the camping. The placements are spacious and with great views of the mountains. The campsite, showers and toilets are constantly kept very clean. The staff was really nice and helpfull. We really liked the fact that you can wander in to the center of the town within minutes. The bakery is just a 5 minute walk from the campsite. It is however located in a very quiet part of the town with no noise from traffic. The pool is great and there more than enough deckchairs to enjoy the sunshine. We are definetly comming back!

Heerlijk rustige camping aan de rand van het dorp. Bakker, supermarkt, en restaurantjes om de hoek. De camping is super mooi schoon. We zijn super vriendelijk ontvangen. Namens de kinderen: top zwembad (wel een beetje koud, en super fijne tafeltennistafel)
Het warme water is soms een beetje op, waardoor het afwassen en douchen soms met wat lauwer water ging. Het zwembad is vrij koud

We hadden onze tent groote doorgegeven en haar een plek waar deze royaal op kon. Bijna alle plekken hebben zon en schaduw.

Le cadre du camping est superbe, notre emplacement était ombragé donc agréable. La piscine est très appréciable. La proximité du centre ville est également un plus . Les personnes qui nous ont accueillis sont vraiment formidables, avenantes. Lors du jour de départ, pouvoir profiter de notre emplacement jusqu'à 15h est un plus très appréciable.
Certes nous sommes dans un camping, avec tout ce que cela implique. Mais nous avons été choqué par le bruit tardif ( jusqu'à 23h et plus!). Les familles bruyantes à la piscine, bruyantes sur leur emplacement jusqu'à pas d'heure, c'est dommage. Le camping c'est le partage, les rencontres mais c'est aussi un minimum de calme, de respect des autres non ? Avoir des enfants qui traversent notre emplacement du matin au soir, accompagnés de leurs parents, c'était drôle au début, moins après... C'est dommage.

Deuxième séjour aux Cascades et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfaits. Les emplacements sont grands, le camping est calme et familial, les enfants se font de supers amis, la piscine est un havre de paix pour une détente post marche. Cathy est une hôte incroyable. Nous reviendrons l'an prochain et le recommandons les yeux fermés.

L'accueil de Cathy, sa disponibilité, la qualité des emplacements, la propreté du site er des sanitaires. Le camping est à taille humaine, la piscine est top ! De notre emplacement on a vue sur les montagnes et les rapaces. On est au coeur de Luz Saint Sauveur, on peut faire les courses à pied. Le camping est calme. On est proche de tous les sites à visiter et les belles rando, et près des cols pour les amateurs de vélo ! Nous avons séjourné dans bon nombre de camping à travers la France, le camping les cascades est notre meilleur séjour.

Le camping est idéalement situé, proche des commerces et du centre mais, malgré tout calme car, il est en sortie de village et en accès direct avec un chemin de balade. L'accueil est sympa et le camping est à taille humaine. Les sanitaires sont propres.
Les douches qui sont parfois un peu froide.

Prix un peu élevé pour un emplacement tente mais cela vaut le coup quand même. Prix payé 50 de plus que le devis annoncé à la base par mail.

On a aimé l'ambiance familiale où tout le monde discute aisément avec tout le monde, l'emplacement du camping à 2 minutes du centre de Luz est juste parfait, les personnes à l'accueil sont très agréables et serviables, de même que les personnes qui font le ménage, et les sanitaires sont propres. Vraiment une excellente adresse !

Emplacement de bonne taille, les haies et le camping étant en étages, on garde un peu d'intimité
Pour chipoter, on pourrait juste regretter un petit manque d'ombre lié à quelques arbres morts malheureusement, et un petit plus consisterait à mettre du papier toilette dans les WC, quitte à payer quelques euros de plus.

We hebben genoten van de prachtige omgeving en hele mooie wandel tochten gemaakt op ongeveer 30 minuten rijden. Ook vanaf de caming is het leuk om een tocht in de bergen te lopen. We hebben heerlijk afgekoeld in het zwembad met het uitzicht op de bergen en we zijn positief verast over het kleine stadje. Wat leuk om 's ochtens even door het oude stadje te lopen naar de bakker of de supermarkt voor een ontbijt of lunch voor die dag of om 's avonds te genieten van een leuke band/muziek groep. Om daarna op deze rustige camping weer uit te rusten voor de volgende dag.
Accommodation review :
Goede standplaats, niet ver van het sanitair gebouw een water tappunt. Met zon en een klein boompje voor wat schaduw. Rustige camping waar het 's avonds al snel stil is om uit te rusten voor de volgende dag in de bergen.
De standplaats had van ons nog iets groter mogen zijn.

L'accueil est parfait, le personnel est très gentil. Le camping est idéalement situé près du centre ville de Luz et à proximité de nombreux sites pour faire de la rando. Le camping est calme, pas très grand, et près du petit torrent qui passe à côté, ce qui en fait son charme. Le bruit de l'eau qui coule ne nous a pas dérangé, bien au contraire, c'était apaisant. Et quel plaisir de voir les enfants se retrouver chaque jour au parc pour jouer tous ensemble. Nous avons adoré ce séjour dans ce camping et reviendrons avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente.
Les sanitaires, ils étaient parfaitement propres et nettoyés tout au long de la journée, ce que nous avons vraiment apprécié. Par contre la moitié des cabines de douches étaient condamnées pour des raisons d'économie que nous n'avons pas bien compris. Il y avait donc un temps d'attente important chaque soir pour aller à la douche. Même chose pour les cabines avec lavabo, ll y avait seulement 1 ou 2 cabines ouvertes chaque jour. La grande salle commune était dispo mais un peu d'intimité pour faire sa toilette aurait été appréciable de mon côté. C'est dommage.

Lovely small campsite, very close to the center of town, easily walkable. Great base for cycling, many classic climbs to choose from! The pool on site is great and was definitely needed to cool off when it was warm. Many shaded pitches, ours was very sunny! so we spent some good time in the lovely pool.

L'emplacement nu était de bonne taille pour notre tente 4 places et notre voiture. Par contre, le camping étant plein, nous étions à l'entrée. Pas d'électricité dans chaque emplacement, il faut prendre une rallonge pour se connecter. Camping familiar, tranquilo, al lado del pueblo y estratégicamente situado en Los Pirineos, lo que le hace ideal para conocer toda la zona y también usar los servicios de Luz-Saint-Saveour, adonde se puede ir andando en menos de un minuto

Warm welcome from the owner who allowed us to choose our own plot. All the plots were secluded and had trees for shade with a lovely view up to the hills. Facilities were clean and well maintained. My only negative comments: It would have been nice not to have provided our own loo roll and the shower water was with a button you had to keep pressing. It was a very easy walk into town and was a perfect location for us at the base of col du tourmalet which we cycled up. Lots of choice of restaurants in the very pretty town. We would definitely return to this beautiful campsite.

Accueil chaleureux par Cathy tout au long du séjour. Son camping est très bien entretenu, sanitaires très propres, piscine top avec belle vue sur la montagne, aire de jeux pour les enfants…. En plus d’être très bien situé, au cœur de Luz, à 7min à pieds du centre. Randonnées sympas à fiare depuis le camping. Belle découverte, nous reviendrons c’est sûr!
Quelques allés-venues des gens sur notre parcelle par rapport au raccord électrique…. Sans parfois dire bonjour ou excusez-moi mais bon c’est un petit détail par rapport à la qualité du séjour.

Bien ombragé, assez grand, proche de tous les accès (entrée/sortie du camping, piscine douches et sanitaires).
Je l’ai mentionné un peu plus haut, les allés venus des personnes sur notre parcelle pour leur raccord électrique qui oublient pour certains la politesse.

Petit camping très bien placé, et entretenu en hauteur près du centre village.
Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de papier toilette dans les Wc et surtout que les distributeurs de gel à la sortie sont restés vides durant tout notre séjour,(une semaine ) . Également, minuterie lumière avec plages horaires très limitées, nous avons fait l’expérience de prendre des douches dans la pénombre.

Si vous cherchez un lieu authentique, calme et généreux vous serez au bon endroit. Ici, pas d'esbrouffe, tout est simple. Tout d'abord, vous y serez toujours bien accueilli, avec le sourire de Cathy en prime qui apporte une attention particulière à chacun pour répondre au mieux à vos attentes. L'ensemble du personnel est vraiment très gentil. Le ménage des sanitaires est fait plusieurs fois par jour et ils sont donc impeccables. Pas de soirée organisée, ce qui garantit la quiétude. A deux pas du charmant CV de Luz. N'hésitez pas à venir séjourner dans ce lieu avec des enfants.

Accueil excellentissime de Cathy toujours à l'écoute et prête à rendre service, on se sent bien dans ce camping. L'emplacement est idéal pour se promener dans Luz et faire ses courses puisqu'on peut tout faire à pieds. Et un large choix de randonnées toutes aussi belles avec des points de départs à 15-30 minutes du camping (brèche de Roland, Troumouse, Lac Bleu, Glère, ...).

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour au camping Les Cascades à Luz-Saint-Sauveur : d’une part l’ultra propreté des sanitaires et ce, à n’importe quel heure, la beauté des lieux, l’entretien permanent de l’extérieur, la disponibilité, l’amabilité et le sens du service de Cathy et ses collaborateurs. Ce qui a pour résultat un camping très convivial et chaleureux où l’on si sent bien dès les premiers jours. Et ce qui ne gâche rien : le camping est situé près du centre ville où vous avez toutes les commodités dans une ville qui était vivante du matin au soir pendant notre séjour en juillet.

Nice quiet campsite with shady spots and a swimming pool. Friendly and helpful owner. A good starting point for hikes. From the campsite you can walk within 2 minutes at the bakery, supermarket and several restaurants and more in the center of the village. Overall a must and we will definitely return.

We had the most amazing time at this site, beautiful views, pretty town and Cathy was one of the friendliest hostess we have encountered, nothing was too much trouble and she advised us on places to visit in the area. We enjoyed visiting the surrounding Pyrennes area and wish we could've stayed longer. We definitely plan to return in the future.
We were very fortunate to get allocated our pitch, if we had been given a smaller one it would've been almost impossible to fit on to it. Definitely recommend people let Cathy the manager know what size vehicle they have so she can book the most appropriate sized pitch for them.

L'accueil est top, super sympa et toujours disponible. Les sanitaires sont hyper propres, les espaces sont bien équipés. C'est très facile de choisir un emplacement qui nous plait, Cathy nous laisse faire le tour.

El camping está bien situado. La parcela al lado del río era perfecta para descansar y además era sombreada. La recepción siempre dispuesta a mejorar nuestra estancia.
Sabemos que es habitual fuera de España, pero pensamos que sería más cómodo para el campista que los aseos dispusieran de dispensador de jabón y sobre todo de papel higiénico.

Tuvimos una parcela amplia y sombreada. El sonido del río al acostarse era una delicia.
Lo peor de nuestra parcela era tener que subir dos niveles de escaleras para ir a los aseos y fregaderos.

L acceuil était très agréable. Sanitaire proper pendant toute la journee. La localisation du camping idéale pour la petitie village aussi bien que les montagnes.
La piscine un peu froide. on était là avec des amis. La localisations des tentes differentes pourriture être mieux organisé. Temperature des douches un peu variables.

Everything. Small but very nice campsite, located close to the village center with nice restaurants, shops and everything you need. The Pyrenees are beautiful and Luz is an excellent base for hiking (Troumouse, Gavernie, Estaubee, ref. d'Estom and many more) in the mountains and for bicycling. The pitches are good, the staff of Les Cascades very friendly. We could recommend Luz and Les cascades to everyone.

Très bon acceuil de Cathy qui a toujours été souriante et prête à faire de son mieux pour que nous ne manquions de rien durant notre séjour. Les sanitaires sont peu nombreux mais suffisants vu la taille du camping. Nous n'avons jamais attendu et tout était toujours très propre. Le camping est ombragé et bien situé: pas besoin de voiture pour aller faire ses courses au quotidien.

Beaucoup d'arbres dans le camping qui est du coup relativement bien ombragé.
La rivière qui passe en bas du camping est un peu bruyante et s'entend bien quand on se trouve sur un emplacement du bas; ça peut déranger mais une paire de bouchon d'oreille suffit à rectifier ce détail...

Un camping à taille conviviale, en terrasses, où l'on prend soin des gens, des plantes, des lieux, ouvert comme luz-saint-sauveur sur la lumière et les sommets, lieu accueillant en pleine nature et à deux pas de tous les commerces de Luz. Le bain du matin dans la piscine est magique. Situation idéale comme point de départ de randonnées sur place ou aux alentours.

notre sejour fut de courte duree puisque nous ne sommes restes que 10 jours Mais Luz St Sauveur est au cœur de nombreux sites touristiques et pour les randonneurs et pour les cyclistes
en general nous aimons les pyrènes pour sont authenticité, ses paysages et la gentillesse des pyreneins

le camping set bien situe par rapport au centre de la ville( 5mn a pied) en tant que campeur nous avons apprécie les emplacements vastes, herbeux et varies(ombrages, semi-ombrage, ensoleilles )avec branchement électrique à proximité, les sanitaires toujours bien tenus pas tres loin
la gentillesse de la patronne!!!!!!!! cadre fleuri excellent accueil sanitaires bien agences et remarquablement propres beaux emplacements proximité du centre ville(5mn a pieds) propreté du camping sa piscine
