General information :

Alles war sehr gepflegt und die Anlage liebevoll angelegt. Überall schöne Blumen und Bäume. Der Pool war sehr sauber und noch warm, der ganze Badebereich war sehr gut gepflegt. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und unsere gebuchten Ausflüge (Kajak, Reiten und Radfahren) haben alle sehr gut geklappt.

Trotz der Enge gab es Schrankfläche, fast alles ist gut durchdacht.

Es müsste ein Geschirrhandtuch geben und Haken, an denen man die Badehandtücher aufhängen kann. Auch Haken für Jacken wären praktisch.

Accommodation review :

Perfekte Mischung aus "Luxus" und Campingplatzleben. Für uns genau richtig in der Ausstattung. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns über die neuen, bequemen großen Stühle auf der Terasse.

Da wir nur zu zwei Personen, aber mit zwei Hunden gereist sind, ist der Tisch im Innenraum für uns zu groß. Hier würden wir einen ausziehbaren Tisch besser finden, damit es für die Hunde geräumiger ist. Aber dies hält uns nicht davon ab, nun schon seit Jahren zu kommen und wir werden nächstes Jahr wieder kommen.

We had a great time staying on the site, where we have stayed many times before, but this time returning after a break to find even more improvements. We loved the addition of the donation cabin to reduce waste.

Towels not in accommodation and we had to go to reception twice to ask for these.

Spacious with enough storage space for clothes. Air conditioning worked well. Plenty of cutlery/crockery. Lovely veranda area

Lack of workspace in kitchen area made cooking more difficult, but we could still manage.

Wij hebben een geweldige tijd gehad bij Le Paradis. De camping is mooi, bloemrijk en rustig met prachtige plekjes. Een prima uitvalsbasis om al het moois van de Dordogne te verkennen. Onze kinderen hebben zich ook uitstekend vermaakt in het zwembad en doen nu thuis nog de campingdans.

Wij hadden wat issues met warm water maar daar werd steeds snel op gereageerd en uiteindelijk is zelfs de hele boiler nog vervangen.

We were in T7 and T8 and this comment applies to T6 as well - these are great accommodation options but on small plots - this was made worse by the fact that the hedges had not been maintained and cut back within the plot - this made the site even smaller and not suitable for relaxing or sunbathing in - this is a minor point but could have made our stay a little better. We also had two meals at the restaurant (for 11 people) and both were slightly disappointing compared to previous years - on the second occasion we returned the 3 entrecote steaks and they were deducted from the bill.

As above, it is a relatively small plot compared to many other and keeping the hedge cut back should be a priority. The shower/hot water/boiler was temperamental

Camping familial très agréable particulièrement adapté aux enfants ! Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans un mobil home avec nos 3 petites-filles. Un pur moment de bonheur !

On a aimé : l'emplacement du camping à courte distance de plein de sites à visiter, les installations (piscine, sauna) et leur propreté, l'agencement de notre cottage, l'aménagement paysager du camping (un grand bravo aux jardiniers ! c'est juste magnifique), le jardin du goût (didactique pour les enfants), les viennoiseries le matin, la tranquillité et l'ambiance familiale, le check-in and check-out efficace. Nous étions avec notre petite fille de 3 ans donc on n'a pas pu profiter des animations, donc je ne peux juger.

La supérette n'est pas suffisamment achalandée en fruits et légumes. Et rapidement plus de pain. J'ai cherché pendant tout le séjour le bac à compost près du jardin du goût (on m'avait qu'il était là), et en réalité , il y a un tout petit bac avec tous les autres containers à la sortie. Je l'ai vu lors de notre départ. J'ai demandé à une personne qui n'a pas su me répondre. Je pense que l'information pourrait être plus claire. Sur l'écologie, l'intention est là et affichée, mais pas sûre que cela se traduise dans la réalité.

Les emplacements individuels sont bien pensés et aménagés pour qu'on ne sente pas les uns sur les autres. L'agencement du cottage est pratique, il y a tout ce qu'il faut . Rien à dire, nous sommes très satisfaits.

The accommodation was very clean, best static caravan I have stayed in with everything you needed provided. The site is beautiful- full of flowers and trees- even though there are many people staying it does not feel this way, it feels private. There was easy access to the river, on site canoe trip, buggies to hire for kids, so safe for kids to go and explore the site and feels a little independence age 6! Playground was perfect near the swimming pool- the pools were a little chilly so we had our skids in body wetsuits, but it didn’t stop us swimming. The staff are kind and friendly. Thanks

Very clean, large space with all the things you need. Also access to a laundry on site if req. there is no oven however - there is a grill/microwave and hob- but the bbq outside it perfect!

De camping is prachtig! Ontzettend groen en bijzonder mooi opgezet. Je wordt omringd door tropische bloemen en hoge bamboe struiken. De accommodatie was netjes en schoon. Het is zo opgezet dat je weinig inkijk hebt van buren, veel privacy dus. Er is veel te doen voor jong en oud en de eigenaren zijn heel betrokken bij het wel en wee van hun gasten. Gasten houden zich aan afspraken en regels. Er worden bijvoorbeeld geen handdoeken gelegd op de bedjes bij het zwembad. Je kan dus rustig later naar het zwembad gaan en dan zijn er nog bedjes vrij. Echt een goeie ervaring gehad.

Wij moesten erg lang wachten voordat we onze accommodatie in konden. Het was een drukke wisseldag, maar 2 uur later dan aangegeven is toch wel balen. WiFi is gratis, maar erg slecht. Wij zaten constant op 4G.

Dei Kombination aus einem komfortablen Mobilehome und der landschaftlich wunderschönen Gegend hat mich schon zum fünften Mal auf diesen Campingplatz geführt. Hier bin ich mit meinem Hund nicht nur geduldet, sondern willkommen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist auf Campingplätzen. Der Platz ist wirklich ein Paradies und die Möglichkeit für mich mit meinem Hund gemeinsam im Fluss zu schwimmen, ist immer wieder eine tolle Erfahrung. Wir kommen gerne immer wieder zurück.

Auch wenn man die Abgeschiedenheit sehr schätzt, ist ein stabiler Internetzugang doch oft wichtig. Durch die "Öffnung" für alle Urlauber auf dem Platz, gab es oft Schwierigkeiten bei der Verbindung. Hier wäre langfristig eine Verbesserung wünschenswert. Sonst ist alles prima!

Die Nähe zum Fluss und zum Spazierweg ist sehr angenehm. Das Haus hat komfortable Betten und eine gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Insektenschutzgitter an den Fenster waren in diesem Jahr wirklich hilfreich. Eine ruhige Lage. Nachts durch die Flussnähe angenehm kühl. Die Hecken bieten einem viel Privatspähre.

Etwas mehr Stauraum würde im Wohnbereich hilfreich sein. Gerade wenn man mit Hund unterwegs ist, hat man doch einiges unter zu bringen und auch gerne hinter einer verschlossenen Tür. ;-)

Fantastisch mooie camping! Heel groen en super goed onderhouden. Het is een genot om over de camping te wandelen. Veel activiteiten op de camping en daarbuiten. Heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ze doen ook echt hun best om de omgeving te beschermen: gescheiden afval, oplaadpalen, kruidentuin...

Wifi kan beter.

Warm water voorziening kan beter. Verder graag wat meer haakjes in de caravan om bv handdoeken of jassen aan op te hangen.
