Depuis toujours cet établissement offre un réel supplément dans la qualité des contacts avec l'ensemble des intervenants .Egalement d' excellentes prestations offertes à tous les niveaux, avec en particulier un chef de restaurant offrant une cuisine renouvelée et de grande qualité. Avec le service d'accueil, le bar, l'épicerie, et l'entretien tout est en harmonie au niveau de de la compétence et de l'amabilité des contacts. Tout cela conduit naturellement vers un séjour très agréable et détendu.

The campsite was spotlessly clean, well planned and staff extremely friendly and helpful. It was situated in a very beautiful and interesting part of France, with the Vezere running alongside the campsite and the famous cave paintings of Montignac Lascaux within easy reach. The amenities and facilities on the campsite were excellent.

None that I can think of!

Accommodation review :

The Cottage was clean, modern and very well equipped. It had heating and air conditioning so very comfortable. The decking was under cover for either the sun or rain and the emplacement was very private, with lots of trees and vegetation for privacy.

Nothing I can think of. The majority of the visitors were either couples or families with small children. I think that teenagers or younger people would have been a bit bored, maybe not in high season. It appeals to those who love peace, quiet in a beautiful surroundings.

Camping très agréable, dans un environnement luxuriant dans lequel nous aimons revenir depuis 5 ans et que nous conseillons, même si cette année nous avons été quelque peu déçus de la prestation de service.

Déplacer l'atelier d'entretien vélos côté jardin aromatique par exemple ......

Nous avions réservé le dernier cottage confort plus 2 chambres 4/6 personnes côté orchidée (photo à l'appui sur notre téléphone) malheureusement vous nous avez attribué le zinnia 2, nous connaissions l'emplacement étant venus 5 fois sur votre camping dont 2 fois côté zinnia. Il s'avère que ce cottage se trouve près de la route mais aussi près de l'atelier de nettoyage à vélo. Ce qui fait que nous avons non seulement le bruit des voitures mais aussi le bruit du laveur haute pression sur une heure bien choisie : entre midi et deux ..........

- l'emplacement ne correspondant pas à notre commande, - pas d'eau à notre arrivée, nous avons été obligés de nous dépanner nous même malgré le signalement de cet inconvénient à la réception, - pas de bouchon d'évier (pour un camping éco-responsable ....) - pas de bac à glaçons.

Alles is op en top geregeld op deze prachtige camping en al het personeel is supervriendelijk. We hebben genoten van de kanotochten en het heerlijke eten.

Op hete dagen zijn alle ligbedjes bij het zwembad al snel bezet, iets meer bedjes zou fijn zijn. Onze tweeling (6 jaar) vonden het jammer dat ze niet in het bubbelbad mochten (mag vanaf 12 jaar).

Accommodation review :

Ruimer dan ik gewend ben van andere campings, veel privacy door de beplanting (bomen, hagen), comfortabele bedden.

Voor de prijs was een vaatwasser fijn geweest :) ook hadden we kleine kakkerlakken, gemeld bij de receptie en er werd meteen actie ondernomen.

Het is een hele mooie en fijne camping om te verblijven. Mooie omgeving, leuk aan de rivier en ruime plekken.

Er mag een beter assortiment komen in de supermarkt en prijzen meer in verhouding met de reguliere supermarkt. Daarbij mag er meer variatie komen in de afhaal mogelijkheden. Het zou leuk zijn als bij het zwembad bijvoorbeeld ook een glijbaan zou zijn.

Le Paradis is our most favourite place in the world. I have stayed here on and off since age 12 and now return yearly with my family. The care the staff take of their guests is second to none. Ellen and Ge are wonderful hosts and every single staff member goes above and beyond. A special thank you to Camille for keeping everyone safe at the pool, and Gaby for being the life and soul- she is an asset to your team with her warmth and fantastic sense of humour! Weer genoten op Le Paradis. Prachtige stacaravan met weids uitzicht over de zonnebloemen. Heel erg fijn dat er ook bruin en meergranen brood verkrijgbaar was en nog lekker ook.

De badjuf was dit jaar wel heel erg streng.

Dit was de 5e keer in 44 jaar dat we in het paradijs waren en het Paradijs wordt alleen maar mooier als je het wil zien

Rolletje wc papier in de caravan bij aankomst. De directie assistent zien we goed bezig met personeel mag zich ook want meer naar de gasten toe bewegen straalt niet het ‘le paradijs! Gevoel uit . Dat is jammmer want als werknemer vast een rots in de branding

veel voor onze kleintjes, zwembad vonden ze fantastisch

Het is maar een miniem minpuntje, wij kwamen met 2 hele kleine kinderen, we hebben zelf kinderbestek en plastic borden meegenomen. in de accommodatie was alleen groot bestek en stenen borden aanwezig.

We have been coming to Le Paradis off and on for about 30 years and it never fails to deliver. Everyone is friendly and eager to help, the location is wonderful, the restaurant as good as any other in the area and the whole site is very well maintained. Improvements and additions to the services have been made over time and all are well thought out and add to the overall experience. Immediately we arrive we are relaxed and happy. To be so consistent over such a long time takes a lot of work and from us, it is very much appreciated.

Difficult to think of anything.

Compact but adequate for 2 to 3 people. The units are well designed, if a little 'snug' in the main bedroom. But it's the right trade off; a bigger bed rather than more space around it.

I hate BBQing with French charcoal. It may just be me but I can never get consistent heat for a long time and would prefer to use gas. Next time I'll have to remember to bring some coals from home!

The place has everything , my friends & I stayed in a cabin and we took our horses who stayed just behind the cabin in a field which we made I to a paddock for them ! It was so wonderful to be able to be able to ride along some fantastic tracks close by and the staff are so friendly and helpful too! This is the 2nd visit and will definitely come back ! The facilities are superb , the indoor pool & spa was perfect for recovering from a knee injury too …..and the special herb garden was a little gem ! Beautiful flowers everywhere & the amazing bamboo forming a tunnel to walk/ drive through ??

Nous avons choisi ce camping pour la piscine couverte (vacances froides et pluvieuses annoncées) et ainsi occuper ado et jeune adulte en situation de handicap. Na 24 jaar opnieuw teruggekeerd naar le paradis! Na al die jaren voelde het als thuiskomen. Terug naar het oude bekende en een waar paradijsje in Frankrijk. De combinatie van rust, natuur en gezellig maakt le paradis een top camping. Ook onze kids vonden het net als ikzelf fantastisch. We gaan hier zeker terugkomen. Onze kinderen vonden het vooral leuk dat er zoveel (nl) kinderen zijn om mee te spelen.

Het enige wat niet leuk was, was dat we weer weg moesten. Net als vroeger heeft le paradis de kwaliteiten dat je daar niet meer weg wilt.

Séjour agréable en famille. Le camping était bien vert on se retrouve plongé dans la nature à écouter le chant des oiseaux. Il y a beaucoup d’activités pour les enfants : parc de jeux, terrains multisports, piscines… on en a bien profité. L’hébergement était neuf et très bien équipé. La terrasse était super. Nous avons été à l’épicerie plusieurs fois (ça dépanne) et nous avons pris un verre au bar à notre arrivé : tout est bien prévu pour les vacanciers. Bravo pour l’effort écologique et de partage : j’ai bien aimé l’idée du jardin des saveurs où l’on peut venir chercher ses herbes aromatiques

Peu d’accès à la rivière attenante : on aurait aimé y passé plus de temps à flâner, pêcher…

Accommodation review :

Le cottage est tout neuf et très bien équipé. Les lits sont plutôt confortables. On prend vite possession des lieux pour en refaire un petit nid douillet pour les vacances.

Il n’y avait pas de TV (quelques jours en total déconnexion ?)

Voilà plus de 20 ans que nous venons un peu régulièrement. Nous aimons cet endroit pour sa beauté et son calme. Après avoir visité tous les sites environnant nous y venons pour profiter de l'extérieur (piscines et jardins) et de la sérénité du lieu

Un petit regret vis à vis de l'accueil, plus de verres offerts à l'arrivée et plus de bouteille au départ. Pas de restauration possible l'après-midi. Nous avions demandé avant de venir si toutes les piscines seraient ouvertes, avons donc regretté que la grande ne soit pas en eau

Un essaim de guêpes que j'ai dû colmater moi-même sinon nous ne pouvions accéder à la terrasse sans risques... (signalé 2 fois mais personne n'est venu) Le passage d'une grosse tondeuse autour du cottage 2 jours de suite pendant 1 à 2 heures (sur 5 jours de présence) , nous nous serions crus sur un chantier

Bonjour Madame, Nous tenons tout d’abord à vous remercier pour votre fidélité toutes ces années en choisissant de séjourner au sein de notre établissement, pour son charme et son calme ambiant. Nous sommes heureux que vous ayez apprécié le confort de votre cottage, nous les avons spécialement conçus pour vous garantir tout le bien-être attendu. Nous regrettons, en revanche, que vous ne nous ayez pas communiqué vos retours sur place, car nous aurions pu vous apporter tout le nécessaire avec un seul mot de votre part. Nous allons donc prendre le temps de vous apporter des éléments de réponses ici. Pour ce qui est des verres et des bouteilles offerts, cette prestation est toujours d’actualité. Il s’agissait tout simplement d’un oubli inaccoutumé de notre réceptionniste, qui aurait pris le temps de remédier à cette erreur humaine, rapidement. En effet, la grande piscine n'est pas fonctionnelle pour le moment, en raison du climat de ce mois d’avril. En revanche, vous avez la possibilité de profiter des deux autres piscines accessibles et chauffées à 27°C. Concernant l’essaim de guêpes : il n'est pas possible d’en trouver à cette période, car les guêpes sont en nidification. Par contre, ces dernières recherchent effectivement leur "spot". Ce sont les aléas inévitables de la campagne et d'une gestion raisonnée de la faune et de la flore du camping (entretien sain et sans pesticides de l'ensemble du parc). Notre équipe d'entretien est pourtant intervenue dans la journée pour traiter les extérieurs de votre logement. Ce traitement n'a pas d'effet immédiat, il faut attendre quelques heures pour que cela fasse effet. La tonte est faite aux horaires que nous jugeons être les moins dérangeants pour nos vacanciers et dure 10 minutes, au maximum. Nous sommes navrés pour ce désagrément. Voor kleine kinderen zijn de openingstijden van het restaurant te laat . Kwaliteit van kinderspeeltuin was slecht. Nadat wij daar gespeelt hebben werd de speeltuin afgezet en gemaakt.

Mooie mobile home met ruime opzet en veel privacy

De mobile home had geen vaatwasser. Dit bleek bij navraag ook niet in de omschrijving te staan op het internet echter op de foto's op internet staat de mobile home wel met vaatwasser gepresenteerd. Dit werkt een beetje verwarrend en kan de verwachting wekken dat hij er wel in zit zoals bij ons het geval was. Was geen groot probleem we hebben lekker met het handje iedere dag de vaat gedaan.
