Emplacement géographiquement.

Les rangements. La propreté. La qualité des oreillers

Le calme dans le camping. Tous est à disposition.

Le ménage n'est pas fait entièrement par le camping alors que nous nous avons l'obligation de le faire avant de partir. Oreillers pas confortable. Manque de rangement.

Bonjour Monsieur, merci d'avoir laissé vos commentaires suite à votre séjour chez nous. Nous notons que vous n'avez guère apprécié votre logement d'une manière générale, et à notre plus grande surprise vous jugez que le ménage n'est pas effectué. Nous prenons le plus grand soin à nettoyer chaque hébergement avant l'arrivée de nos clients et jamais un hébergement n'est loué sans que le ménage soit effectué par nos soins. Il aurait été agréable de votre part, dès votre installation, de nous faire remarquer ce que vous nous reprochez aujourd'hui. Ou de nous le signaler lors de votre venue à la réception pour réserver un séjour cet hiver. Nous admettons que les oreillers en fin de saison commencent à être un peu fatigués, ceux ci seront bien évidemment changés. Est-ce que le chalet PMR en lui-même ne vous a pas plu? C'était effectivement le dernier chalet disponible lorsque vous l'avez réservé. Ce sera quand même avec grand plaisir que nous vous accueillerons cet hiver
