Overview
From the 2025 season onwards, we'll be introducing a major innovation: limiting car traffic inside the campsite. This approach, based on tranquillity and ecology, marks an important step towards an even more convivial and sustainable experience.
Who is affected? Campers with tents and caravans. There is no change for vans and camper vans.
How will it work?
- When you arrive: you will be able to access your pitch by car to unload your belongings and set up your equipment.
- Your vehicle must then be parked in the car park at the entrance to the campsite, within easy walking distance of your pitch.
- At the end of your stay, it will be just as easy to collect your belongings for departure.
We have designed this system to guarantee your comfort while maintaining harmony with our environment.

Vriendelijke mensen. Prima sanitair en schoon. Lekkere broodjes die we konden bestellen. Kleinschalig.
Schoonmaak van het sanitair gebeurde op het tijdstip dat we zelf wilden douchen of wassen. Bevindt zich langs een doorgaande weg.

Vandaar uit kan je mooie plekken bezoeken. Alleen Lourdes is voor mij wat minder. Maar dit is voor iedereen verschillend. Ik vind het een triestige vertoning hoe het geloof zich van zijn slechtste kant laat zien, maar dit is mijn mening Verder is het wat de camping betreft heel mooi kleinschalig en rustig. Ligging van de camping: op de elektrische fiets naar Lourdes. Restaurant op de camping. Alles handig via internet te regelen in je eigen taal!
Wifi moeizaam. Iets te weinig wc’s en douches in het hoogseizoen. Deze waren ook niet altijd even fris.

Op een camping zijn altijd mooie en minder mooie plekken. Wij zaten aan de rand wat ik zelf wel prettig vind.
Toegangshek maakte wel veel lawaai als het dichtviel en het golfkarretje van de eigenaar ook. En er stond een boom midden op onze plek, best onhandig. Zag dit ook bij andere plekken.

Great welcoming, great location and perfect view.
More toilets, showers etc. please, the few ones are not enough at all for the full capacity of the camping.

Good grass, good space for the caravan, but the access to the pitch is hard for a caravan.
Some pitches are not the ideal for caravans and auto-caravan due to the space/angle they need to get the caravan inside the pitch. Specially the ones in the end of the roads, should not be used for this kind of equipment, only for tents, that should be improved.

Een fijne, gezellige camping met mooie plekken zowel in de schaduw, als half schaduw. Bij de receptie wordt je vriendelijk te woord gestaan. Wij hebben een fijne week gehad.
Het zou fijn zijn als er iets meer waterdruk bij de douches zou zijn. Verder was alles naar wens.

Having rubbish bins at the exit of the campsite is the only solusution to respect 100 m distance from pitches and avoid the noize of the trash collectors early in the morning. Reception owner was very pleasant spoke English and many other languages (Amazing) very informative bus stop a short walk straight into Lourdes centre and the Santaries (Grotto) campsite was very clean very peaceful ordered bread and croissant every morning to reception would highly recommend this site to tour Lourdes or as an overnight stop over if you are travelling on route to Spain
It had rained a lot so ground was very boggy but this is beyond the site owners control I’m sure they are sick and tired of the rain also.

Limited waste facilities - you have a 2 minute wlk off-sie to deposit rubbish. Grey waste are awkward to access, black waste a bit basic - but both adequate.

Ein sehr schön in der Natur gelegener Platz. Mit großzügigen schattigen Stellplätzen mit Strom. Am Hang oberhalb des Platzes gibt es einen mittelgroßen Pool mit toller Aussicht. Abends gab es Barbecue für alle die möchten. Top. Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Besitzer. Baguette ect. Kann man für morgens vorbestellen. Bis Lourdes ca. 4 km. Wollten mit den Rädern dorthin fahren. Da es jedoch sehr regnete sind wir auf einen riesigen Stellplatz (1,4 km von Grotte) 1 € pro Stunde mit dem Wohnmobil gefahren.

Nous n’avons passé qu’une nuit dans ce camping mais nous l’avons appréciée ! Les installations sont très bien entretenues, en super état, propres et il ne manque rien. La piscine est incroyable, avec une belle vue sur les Pyrénées ! Les lieux sont calmes. C’est un camping idéal pour des familles.
Le camping est un peu éloigné du centre de Lourdes et mal desservi par les bus (seulement un par heure et qui ne respecte pas les horaires !).

Leuk gebaar van een welkomswoord en een drankje van de eigenaren, helaas was ons Frans niet zo goed dat we het konden verstaan. Erg mooie camping en een mooie omgeving.
We hadden de slechtste plek van de camping; geen gras en herrie van de weg ernaast. Ook omdat we met een tent kwamen was dat niet leuk.

Le camping est très calme, pas trop grand, le cadre est agréable, avec une jolie vue. Tout est proche : la piscine, les sanitaires, le restaurant. Le lac de Lourdes se trouve à 1,5km et est facilement atteignable à pied par le chemin de randonnée qui part du camping. Les sanitaires sont nettoyés régulièrement La piscine est chauffée
Camping loin des sanctuaires et de la ville : environ 3/4 d'heure à pied alors que le site internet mentionne " Accès rapide en voiture en vélo ou à pied du camping au sanctuaire : 1,5 km sans passer par le centre-ville." mais en réalité, c'est plus (2,5 à 3,5 km). Le papier toilette est régulièrement coincés et inaccessible dans les distributeurs. Les packs gourmands du petit déjeuner sont un peu cher pour des petits déjeuners classiques : 1 grand croissant et environ 1/2 baguette (très bonne qualité) avec confiture + une boisson chaude. Mais rien d'autre.
Accommodation review :
Le camping est calme et particulièrement bien adapté pour loger sous une tente. Il y a également de beaux cottages, dôme géodésique et lodges qui ont séduit ma sœur et son conjoint. Il est d'ailleurs probable qu'ils reviennent tous les 2 loger au camping.
Les emplacement sont petits et il y a vraiment très peu de place pour manœuvrer avec un long camping-sur les emplacements numérotés de 1 à 3. Ces emplacements devraient être réservés aux vans, fourgons et petits camping-cars, surtout que les dimensions du véhicule sont demandés lors de la réservation. Une fois le véhicule garé, il est inenvisageable de le déplacer pour aller faire des courses, partir en excursion ou se rapprocher des sanctuaires ou de la ville. Bref si je reviens, ce sera sans le camping-car ou bien je demanderai un autre emplacement plus simple pour manœuvrer.

Beautiful location with amazing views. Excellent facilities. Friendly, helpful staff. When our taxi failed to turn up, and we were waiting in the pouring rain,they kindly drove us into Lourdes.

Well cared for grassy pitch.
There had been lots of rain and the pitch became waterlogged. It was impossible to reverse out due to wheelspin. Fortunately, there was no one on the adjacent pitch so I was able to roll the van out forwards using g the natural gradient. Given that the type of weather we experienced for most of the week is not unusual, gravel pitches would be better.

J'ai apprécié de pouvoir me restaurer au restaurant du camping avec des plats bien préparés è des prix raisonnables, la propreté des sanitaires et le calme du site.
L'accueil un peu froid à l'arrivée de notre groupe de 10 personnes, la personne à l'accueil était un peu perdue. Mais cela a été vite réparé.

Le cadre est absolument magnifique avec les emplacements qui donnent directement sur le Loire. Camping très calme, car loin de la route, donc on n'entend pas les voitures la nuit. Les promenades le long du Loire sont très agréables, d'autant plus que l'on y a accès de notre emplacement. Les sanitaires sont très propres, mais pourraient être remis au goût du jour. Les propriétaires sont très agréables et très accessibles. Séjour à renouveler très vite !

la proximité de la ville, le paysage magnifique.
Trop près de l'aire de jeux, avec des enfants qui hurlaient jusqu'à tard le soir. Des campeurs peu soucieux des autres, peu respectueux du besoin de calme .

L'emplacement du camping est parfait pour visiter les montagnes et marcher (loin avec de petits enfants) jusqu'à Lourdes. Tout est propre avec un accent évident sur la durabilité du monde. Installations de jeu basiques mais parfaites. Nous reviendrons certainement.

onduidelijkheid waar vers water te halen voor drinkwater jerrycan te vullen, zo ook voor chemisch toilet en waar je vuil weg te gooien. Dat alles is behoorlijk zoeken op de camping

Sehr idyllisch gelegener kleiner Platz. Sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Für einen Besuch von Lourdes gut gelegen. Kann man zu Fuß erreichen, muss man aber nicht… Bushaltestelle in 300 m. 1€ je Strecke ??.
Es wäre wirklich hilfreich, wenn es an der Rezeption individuelle ausgedruckte Routenpläne von und nach Lourdes gäbe. Parkplätze in Lourdes, Weg zum Bus. Richtige Haltestelle in Lourdes, Abfahrtszeiten, touristischen Highlights, empfohlene Restaurants, Telefonnummern von Taxi. All das erklärt mit wenigen Worten. Das wäre wirklich gut und die Gäste wären sehr dankbar.
