We had a lovely pitch. The campsite was very clean and not too busy. Swimming pool a big success with kids. Nice to order breakfast for next day. Friendly and helpful staff. Not too far to get to bike park and walking using local bus or drive/ cycle.

Camping très agréable, sécurisé, familial et bien entretenu. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L adhésion permettant d obtenir le multipass à prix réduit est également un vrai atout. Nous reviendrons !

Very clean with all facilities you need for camping.The drying rooms are great for mtb kit that needs a quick turn around. Polite helpful staff. Good peaceful location. Easy access to buses and chairlifts. Good size pitches. Nice warm TV room for the kids if there is rainy weather.
My wife complained her shower wasn’t consistently warm. However every time I showered it was fine

Échanges avant le séjour très réactifs, cordiaux et efficaces. Séjour sur place au top : accueil, disponibilité de l’équipe, emplacement, propreté des sanitaires et de tous les équipements. Et bien sûr le cadre exceptionnel avec la chance d’avoir une superbe météo pour profiter de tout les domaines des Portes du Soleil avec le MultiPass, et de tous les petits marchés environnants. Très bon camping, emplacements spacieux, bien plats et herbeux pour les tentes. Calme. Sanitaires propres, de l'eau bien chaude, du savon à disposition. De nombreux crochets dans les douches qui manquent souvent dans beaucoup de camping.
Du papier dans les toilettes plutôt qu'à l'extérieur. Les gens se servent à outrance ce qui ne permet pas les économies de papier escomptées, donc autant en mettre directement dans les toilettes, c'est tellement plus pratique ! Les chiens ne sont pas toujours attachés dans le camping et font leur besoin sur les emplacements des voisins !!

C'était notre 4ème séjour à l'Oustalet, et les prestations sont toujours au TOP+++ !!! Les membres de l'équipe sont très sympas, accueillants, serviables, réactifs... on est toujours triste de repartir. Les emplacements avec nos chiens toujours bien choisis. Les campeurs sont calmes et respectueux des sanitaires. Région magnifique dont on est tombé amoureux à la 1ère rencontre. Randos super bien balisées avec des paysages époustouflants, peu importe le temps. Reste à la découvrir sous la neige. Encore milles merci à vous trois <3 Vivement la prochaine fois ! :)

Les locaux sont entièrement rénovée et adapté au enfants même au plus jeunes, propre le ménage est fait régulièrement, beaucoup d'installation mise à disposition gratuitement, étendage, jet pour le nettoyage de vélo.... La piscine est vraiment top,et les jeux.... Les emplacements sont grands et plat.

Notre séjour au camping a été agréable malgré la pluie. L'emplacement idéal et les sanitaires impeccables ont compensé. L'espace polyvalent était un refuge sec, et les propriétaires étaient serviables. Deux arrêts de bus à proximité offraient une navette gratuite à travers la vallée, ajoutant à notre expérience.
pour ceux qui dépendent d’une connexion Internet, il faut noter que celle-ci était lente et instable.
Accommodation review :
Notre emplacement de camping était paisible, ombragé par un petit arbre. Entourés par les sons calmes de la nature, nous avons trouvé la tranquillité.
Un inconvénient de notre emplacement de camping était son positionnement plus bas que les autres, avec une dépression centrale qui accumulait de la boue due aux pluies provenant des hauteurs. Cela rendait parfois la zone peu pratique, en particulier par temps pluvieux.

Accueil très sympathique et équipe à l'écoute des campeurs. Sanitaires récents et toujours très propres. Accès à une machine à laver et un sèche-linge. Présence d'une piscine. Espaces verts très bien entretenus donc cadre agréable. Localisation proche du centre-ville et de la Dranse. Navette gratuite qui passe régulièrement à la sortie du camping. Très calme.

Espaces réservés aux tentes suffisament grands pour y mettre une grande tente et une voiture. Facilité pour avoir accès à l'électricité.
Des arbres ont été régulièrement plantés mais certains sont encore un peu jeunes pour émettre de l'ombre lors d'épisode de canicules.

Très bon accueil. C’est un grand camping qui reste très calme. Le fait d’avoir les sanitaire hommes femmes séparés est appréciable, d’ailleurs ils sont tres propres. Notre petit séjour express c’est très bien passé. Sans aucuns doutes nous y retournerons si nous repassons dans le coin.

Châtel, une très belle village et le camping est impicable: grand emplacement, sanitaire propre, l'équipe très gentille. Les navettes gratuits arrentent au camping, c'est ideal et monter dans la montagne est facile parce que les télésièges sont ouvert.

Des emplacements spacieux et bien délimités . Des sanitaires toujours nikel au niveau propreté. Des services au top (pain, lessive, renseignements...).
Le camping est en deux parties, séparé par une route. Nos enfants sont autonomes et ont dû la traverser seuls de nombreuses fois pour se rendre aux jeux, à la piscine,...j'avoue ne pas avoir été très tranquille au vue de la vitesse de certaines voitures. Pourquoi ne pas réclamer de ralentisseurs ou des chicanes...

La région est très accueillante, il y a de nombreuses activités à réaliser. La pass permet d'accéder à la montagne, d'aller à la piscine et au cinéma sans surcoût. Les balades sont très agréables.

L'emplacement est très bien et très propre. La pelouse est jolie, il n'y a pas de cailloux, il y a de la place pour mettre sa tente comme on le désire. Les sanitaires sont toujours très propres et très fonctionnels. Les enfants sont autonomes dans le camping, et peuvent jouer tranquillement avec les autres.

Wonderful location, great campsite. Nice large pitches, fairly modern sanitary block which was always clean. Friendly and helpful staff.
The sanitary blocks close at 10pm which feels a little early if you are eating late and want to wash up, or want to clean your teeth later than 10pm

Good sized pitch, with tree shade for the morning so it wasn’t too hot in the tent. Facilities close by, and lovely views of the surrounding mountains.

un cadre environnemental magnifique avec un contact chaleureux et positif que ce soit dans les restos, les télésièges/télécabines, au camping ou tout simplement avec les habitants de Chatel.
la météo qui n'était pas au top : pluie, orages (sous une tente, très froid la nuit)

emplacement très soigné avec une tonte de l'herbe juste à notre arrivée :) le calme et le respect des infrastructures par les campeurs.
les chalets autour du camping quand les gens parlent cela résonne énormément et cela peut être dérangeant à certaines heures de la journée voire de la nuit

We have stayed here several times over the last 8 years, both winter and summer and it never disappoints. The team work endlessly to keep everything spotlessly clean and to provide the best customer service possible. When I managed to injure myself by falling off my bicycle this year the campsite manager immediately helped by contacting the local medical centre and then drove me there and my treatment (stitches) was completed within an hour. Amazing!

Las parcelas son grandes y con hierba. Instalaciones muy limpias y muy tranquilo. Posibilidad de poder encargar el pan y croissants para desayunar y recogerlos a primera hora. Nuestra parcela estaba cerca de la barrera de salida de emergencia y de los contenedores. Quizás estaría bien que en lugar de una barrera hubiera una puerta para preservar más la intimidad del interior del camping con la gente que pasa por la calle. Como mejora sugeriría algunos puntos de agua cerca de las parcelas.

On m'a bien guidée pour choisir mon emplacement, pour accéder à la borne sanitaires extérieure, le couple qui s'occupe du camping est très sympathique
Seul bémol : les douches sont vraiment frustrantes car la durée qu'on obtient avec une pression est très courte, ce serait bien de la doubler à mon avis. Difficile de s'imaginer se laver les cheveux par exemple.

Les sanitaires étaient tout le temps propre plus entretien général du camping parfait. Camping très bien situé à Châtel ou Il y a énormément de choses à faire. Nous sommes campeurs depuis plusieurs générations et sommes exigeants. Le camping de l'Oustalet est un des meilleurs que nous connaissons. C'est un véritable camping de campeurs et il est difficile de trouver quelque chose à améliorer. Sommes venus à châtel pour le Tour de France et nous avons pu decouvrir la tranquillité du camping, bien situe au dessus de la dranse, dans un magnifique paysage ; beaucoup d'espaces, propreté et mention très bien pour l'entretien des sanitaires (surtout en cette période covid ce qui est rassurant. Sans oublier les mains vertes pour les fleurs et espaces verts qui donnent une note rafraîchissante ! Nous y retournerons avec plaisir

Ejerne af pladsen var virkelig søde og imødekommende. Det stod til rådighed med information og hjælp. Der er en virkelig fin indendørs pool og
en lille legeplads for de små. Man kan låne tennisbane og ketsjere gratis, hvilket var virkelig fint. Pladsen ligger i et virkelig naturskønt område.

Arrivé tard après fermeture réception, mais très bon accueil et ayant eu la chance d'être un des premiers campeurs de la saison j'ai pu choisir mon emplacement. Bonne situation dans station avec belles vues. Equipements très complets dont fantastique piscine chauffée (couverte possibilité semi ouverture) avec des espaces équipés de transats en intérieur et extérieur, pateaugeoire et autres jeux d'enfants + tennis. Même un salon tranquille avec TV. Tout parfaitement entretenu et d'une propreté irréprochable. Gérance, frères et soeur, jeunes dynamiques, réactifs, efficaces et très aimables.
Aucun reproche. Juste une proposition pour une éventuelle installation, en plus de la vente de boissons fraîches déjà existante, d'un petit point de vente de pains et viennoiseries avec service (distributeur ?) de cafés et autres boissons chaudes.

Campsite had lots of good facilities, quite well located though it's a long walk uphill into town and bus not very frequent.
Few points: swimming pool was set up for adults so kids not allowed to jump or use pool toys, not great with young children. Secondly, we had to leave early due to an accident but they refused to reimburse even one night. Thirdly, our first pitch was next to a very noisy fan, but they were happy for us to move.

Grassy, near toilets. Very useful to have a drying room.
Noisy fan from adjacent chalet on first night. Far from the BBQ area. Campsite is divided by a road which is a shame. Otherwise it's a nice campsite with very good facilities.

Très bon séjour dans le camping l Oustalet. Bien situé à 1km5 du village ce fait très bien à pied. Camping calme et d une grande propreté. Le personnel est très accueillant. Je recommande et je reviendrai.
Un seul petit bémol l espace détente ou il y a les barbecues l accès est pentu et c est dommage qu il n y est pas des marches en bois sinon l endroit est très agréable au bord de la rivière.

L'accueil est chaleureux et très agréable. Le camping est bien, les emplacements spacieux, la propreté est irréprochable. Super camping pour passer des vacances en famille. Mes filles ont adorées (pleins d'enfants pour jouer et bavarder). Enfin, la région est géniale pour la randonnée et les balades. Avec le pass pour la semaine, nous avons pu profiter de nombreuses activités (télécabines et télésièges, train touristique, mini golf, etc.)

Le gros point fort du camping : la propreté ! Les équipements proposés participent aussi à un séjour réussi : piscine, tennis de table, pétanque, le tout au bord de la Dranse ce qui en fait un endroit très agréable. Heerlijke omgeving. Enorm genoten van de pas waarmee we gebruik konden maken van de kabelbanen. Camping was erg schoon en werd meerdere keren per dag schoongemaakt ivm de corona. Ruime plaatsen en rustige camping.
Als het regent is het koud maar als de zon schijnt maakt het alles weer goed.
