General information :

The park was very tidy and all the staff helpful.

The waste recycling area near the gate was confusing about what went where. Maybe try to allocate areas for each type of waste and clearly signpost them. There was a lot of mixing of types of waste.

Accommodation review :

There were only 2 of us. The living area would have been big enough for 2 adults plus a few children. It was all very clean and tidy when we arrived.

The double bedroom was very tight around the bed. A standard size double bed would have been better than the bigger one which was there. The TV having to be rebooted regularly was annoying.

Le cadre, le personnel, la gratuité du mini golf, le grand nombre de services, les animations du soir( sosie de Mickaël Jackson excellent !), la grande piscine, le fait que nous ne soyons pas poussé a la consommation.

Manque de bancs( notamment aux niveaux des jeux enfants) et de poubelles. Le site étant grand, des jeux enfants a différents endroits serait top. Piscine vieillissante et limite dangereuse a certains endroits.( Plaque récupération d'eau enfoncée) Pizzeria fermée. Et surtout le fait que les travaux n' aient était mentionnés ni sur le site internet ni en arrivant donc sanitaire en face de notre emplacement inexploitable ( alors qu'a notre arrivée on nous a dit qu on en avait un juste en face ....) et terrain de sport aussi.

Peut être ajouter un peu de végétation entre les parcelles pour un peu plus d' intimité

Lieu et cadre très agréable. De nombreuses activités pour les petits comme les grands.

Des dépliants pour circuler à vélo dans les alentours. L'application ne suffit pas.

Zone pour tri et poubelles trop pleine. Les containers debordaient tous.

Most of the staff were friendly, nice layout of the site and plenty of facilities. Well stocked shop. When the bar was open (only weekends) it was very pleasant.

Lots of things needed attention. Dangerous handrails near lake/pool. Insecure doors on mobile home, broken blind, broken door catch, nettles on entry, Restaurant understaffed for a large group. Food wasn't good. The staff that were working were brilliant, doing their best.

No idea, we didn't get this mobile home

Had a 6 person, 1 bathroom mobile home which was supposed to be the same value, overall maybe, but not in cost per person. Lots of minor faults, reported so as not to be charged, but none fixed during our stay. Offered a discount but nothing received.

We stayed for a week as part of a much larger group and were impressed by the site. The staff were very friendly, polite and always available. The location was lovely, being by the lake was a bonus and being able to walk around it was nice. The outdoor pool area was clean, modern and easy to access from all the types of accommodation. The indoor pool was small but clean and a real bonus when the weather was cooler. We enjoyed mini golf and the on-site shop had an excellent range of produce at reasonable prices. We loved our daily croissant from the shop for breakfast -delicious!

The only thing to improve would be when we arrived we were given our keys and found the static home hadn’t been cleaned - it had the previous occupants’ rubbish and bedding in, plus it was visibly dirty. We had arrived a couple of hours early and would happily have waited in the bar until 4pm if they had asked. We think the man who checked us in didn’t realise. Once reported, the staff quickly came to clean it so the problem was promptly resolved.

Main bedroom spacious, plenty of space outside.

Needs another mirror (only one is in the bathroom), a kettle and a bbq!

Despite notices about open fires and the dry weather experienced lately there were families with open fires. Security needs to be stepped up.

le calme les emplacements sont grands

les emplacements dans le bois pas terribles ,manque des transats autour de la piscine pas de maitre nageur des ados et des enfants sautent dans l'eau en grimpant sur les rochers des gens manger autour de la piscine et des hommes avaient des shorts de bain (interdit) Je n'ai pas aimer le n'importe quoi a la piscine faut être beaucoup plus sévère et avoir un maitre nageur pour la sécurité de tous et des petits
