General information :
We loved the forest/lake side setting. The staff were fun, friendly and always very helpful and responsive. There were so many activities available day and night to keep everyone entertained. The pool was clean and good temperature. Our mobile was spotless.
Location of mobile (under trees) meant deck was a slippy when wet, minor problem and one that a quick hose/scrub will resolve.

General information :
Het park is ruim opgezet met een meertje in de buurt waar je lekker kan zwemmen, peddelen en vissen, maar ook een zwembad, midget golf, canopi tour (parkour op 15 meter hoogte door de bomen en over het meer met een zipline), uitgebreid kampwinkeltje, jeux de boule veld. Echt een hoop te doen voor de jeugd tot 15 jaar. Twee medewerkers aan de receptie spreken Nederlands wat echt makkelijk is. Het Engels van de rest van de medewerkers aan de receptie is acceptabel.
Slecht gsm bereik en de Wifi was niet toereikend, lag er vaak uit met weinig bereik. Restaurant was kwalitatief niet zo best, (maar de bediening was top). Ook hier is het handig als de animatie of het avond programma in ieder geval goed engels spreekt.

Nix.. het was helemaal goed zonder aanmerkingen.

Het meer heeft ons het meest aangetrokken. De streek met al zijn kastelen zijn prachtig
Zwembad. Temperatuur water vonden we onaangenaam Glijbanen niet spectaculair Ligplaatsen aan het zwembad op warme dagen te weinig.

Les activités proposées sont top même si beaucoup de celles ci sont payantes. Le personnel est très souriant et aimable!
Les sanitaires devraient être nettoyés plus souvent (pour un 5 étoiles c’est un peu limite). Beaucoup d étrangers. Déçu du non respect du savoir vivre de la plupart des personnes (linge enlevé de la machine alors qu’elle venait d être finie, bouées et ballons dans la piscine …)

Nous prenons très au sérieux vos remarques concernant l'entretien des sanitaires. Nos sanitaires sont nettoyés plusieurs fois par jour. Cependant, il arrive que ceux-ci soient salis entre deux passages. Concernant les comportements irrespectueux que vous avez observés, nous comprenons votre frustration. Nous sensibilisons régulièrement notre clientèle au respect des règles de vie commune et n'hésiterons pas à intervenir plus fermement si nécessaire. Enfin, permettez-nous de souligner que notre camping, situé près des magnifiques Châteaux de la Loire, accueille avec fierté une clientèle internationale. La France étant la première destination touristique mondiale, nous sommes honorés de recevoir des visiteurs du monde entier qui viennent découvrir nos richesses patrimoniales. The parc had everything we wanted to have a wonderful, relaxing week with our 2 children (aged 15 & 10). The outdoor pool was clean and warm and provided lots of fun with slides. I loved that most of the activities provided were free and easy to attend. The lake and forest provided space and freedom in nature. Our chalet was situated within the trees, providing a private, quiet spot. We enjoyed the evening entertainment, watching a few bands while enjoying food and drink. I loved how relaxed and traditional the parc is, not overly commercial. Loved it!
We found the lifeguarding at the pool and lake to be sporadic, which made us a little nervous. Sometimes they were there, sometimes not. Often when there was a lifeguard they did not appear to be paying full attention. My husband (a qualified lifeguard himself) almost had to rescue a young child who was struggling in the deep end. There were some wobbly steps and handrails coming up from the lake past the indoor pool that could cause someone to fall.
Accommodation review :
Good space. Aircon was much needed! Clean and tidy. Shower was hot. Lovely terrace for outdoor eating and a litttle private garden.
Not ‘perfect’ (but that’s ok). A bit dated - some flooring had come up, doors on cupboards a bit wobbly etc. but didn’t affect experience. The towel rail in the main en-suite is in a really inconvenient position making it hard to access the toilet! The shower in the en-suite was a bit weak on water pressure (we used the main shower in the end)
