Die enorme Freundlichkeit! Das war - neben den grossartigen Aktivitäten - wirklich bemerkenswert.
Anzahl und Sauberkeit der Toiletten. Diese sind - im Vergleich mit anderen vergleichbaren Campingplätzen - ein großer Minuspunkt. Außerdem empfanden wir den Shop räumlich zu klein (das Sortiment ist hingegen toll!) und die Wartezeiten an den Kassen zu lang. Auch wären mehrere Stationen für die Müllentsorgung wünschenswert.

Plenty to keep 17 and 2x 14 year old boys entertained. Pools are fab and great that boys could wear sports swim shorts instead of Spedos. Beer in bar not great but staff lovely.
Need later hours on take away service. Breakfast take away would be good too. Nothing to dislike just improve.

Pitch was huge. We had a 8meter trailer tent and a vw t5 on our pitch and still plenty of space

The facility is very good. Some of the staff are perhaps a little less than helpful however in general it is an excellent site
Being part of the Castels group I would have expected more cooperation when trying to find other Castels sites further south rather than the lack of help

Lage des Platzes, Animationsprogramm, gutes Sortiment im Shop, Freundlichkeit des Personals
- Verfügbarkeit von Toiletten ist nicht ausreichend. Gerade unter Corona-Bedingungen sind nicht genügend Toiletten vorhanden. - Wegnetz für Fahrradfahrer und Fussgänger (rote und blaue Route) ist nicht gut gepflegt und teilweise nicht gut ausgeschildert.
