We had the most wonderful week at Castel camping in one of the lodge tents (out spot was saved for two years due to covid so thank you again to the team for that!) And wow, what a delight! A stunning location, warm welcome and a lovely, relaxed atmosphere throughout. So much for the kids (swimming pool, pony trekking, a stream to paddle in, animals to pet, playground etc) but also for the grown ups too (we loved the live music!) Our 6 year old daughter is already asking if we can go back next year. A great base to explore Normandy but also a genuine pleasure to spend time and chill out in.

Location by the lake was stunning and peaceful away from the busier part of the site. Could hear the fish splashing around. Great having a shed as we could keep alot of our things in there as opposed to the tent.

De camping is super gezellig , de avondjes die georganiseerd worden zijn heel leuk met muziek , het personeel is het aardig en behulpzaam , het restaurant is ook heel lekker en super goed en de prijs is heel goed , dus echt een aanrader om te kamperen

Beautiful region, close to interesting towns. Lovely campsite and friendly staff.

Wasps! But to be expected as there are many fruit trees, they're just annoying.

This is a little piece of heaven. A happy, safe and fun place we have been back to seven times. Raphael and all his team are simply excellent hosts.

Just the journey from the far north of England - but then the fact that we put up,with that to spend time here speaks volumes! Bravo Raphael! Oh and I guess the recycling area was overflowing on more than one occasion.
