Setting and surroundings. Large pitches

Too many clique groups who disregarded noise levels. Sadly we will not be returning.

Warm freindly welcome with helpful obliging staff. New flower beds and play area near the pool area have substantially enhanced the environment.. The new enviroment friendly systems are a great improvement especially once we were used to the bar code lottery sorting! We had a damaged caravan tyre which the staff helped us replave via a local dealer. We have been coming for a number of years at approximately the same time of the year so it was good to beat covid and renew aquantancies.

We appreciate that not much can be done about it but but wish there was a way to convince fellow visitors to be more respectful of the facilities and in particular flushing the toilets properly.

What is there not to like about the Garangeoire? Staff are always very friendly and helpful, site is always clean, gardens kept immaculate, loads to do and in a lovely area

Waiter in restaurant forgot our dessert order, when reminded he still forgot and we were left waiting and wondering if it would turn up. When asking for the bill we cancelled the desert. Head waiter said they were very busy. However, we noticed other diners had their desserts. Both waiters apologised but we were left disappointed.

We love the vibe and the countryside setting which Is very special. We have made great friends that we see every year. The tour of the grounds was great and the place is really keen with lovely friendly staff.

This was our first time holidaying in June, maybe the staff were only being trained in but choice of food and activities limited. The usual rotisserie chickens were not available and the take away chips were poorly cooked, either cold or over cooked. Service at the bar also very slow. Table quiz in English was not legible as translation was not good/complete.

This is the best campsite we have ever stayed at. There are improvements every time we come, but still plenty of room for tourers

The access to the branchement from Oies is a little difficult
