The planning of the campsite is amazing. The pitches are large, water at every pitch and electricity. The castle garden where the campsite is located is lovely with high trees and lots of flowers

The pitch was huge and flat and the shed and table etc were really helpful.

Just the distance to the toilet and washing up facilities was quite a way from the premium area.

De camping is zeer goed onderhouden. Mooi groen, grote bomen waaraan je ziet dat de camping al lang bestaat. De horeca is schoon, het eten is lekker, bediening is vriendelijk, de toiletgebouwen zijn schoon. We hadden een VIP plek, super groot en de picknicktafel en het huisje met daarin de koel-vriescombinatie was heel fijn met warm weer. Het strand in de buurt is ook een aanrader. De camping is ook zeer hondvriendelijk.

We love the space - we love the greenery. We first stayed here over 20 yrs ago.

We liked having fresh water directly to the caravan without having to keep refilling the aquarill, we liked having waste water taken directly from the caravan without tye need of a container. We liked the lockable shed containing fridge freezer etc which was a big bonus.

The distance away of recycling and rubbish - something half way would be welcome!

Campsite remains a great place to stay after many return visits.

Accommodation was disappointing. There were obvious maintenance issues at a property geared towards reduced mobility which was not ideal. There were no duvets in property just some obviously old blankets. No towels or toilet rolls. The accommodation was not cheap so I think there should be a minimum standard at least on this. The campsite remains a favourite but the accommodation needs looking at.

We stayed at Les Castels Les Eaux last year and had the premium pitch with the shed. We thought what was provided was brilliant and expected the same to be provided at La Bien-Assise as they are the same chain. There was no cleaning equipment provided (broom, bucket, mop) and no microwave
