this is a really well set up site.whether you are staying for just one night en route as we were this time, or longer as we have done in the past this site sets you up for a great holiday. The area is often overlooked, but has some really interesting places to visit. The site itself has all that you need, and is beautifully laid out and managed. The bar is always welcoming and the food in La Ferme Gourmand is authentic Northern French fayre.

A lovely sunny pitch with all the space you need.

The campsite is close to Calais, Boulogne, Le Touqet, with a handy swimming pool, beautiful surroundings, shops within 5 mins drive, clean facilities and a compact site. The premium pitches were really spacious

Our pitch was quite a way from the toilet block. Ideally we’d love a sanitary block on our pitch! But we’re happy with all the facilities generally

Durchgangscampingplatz Aber sehr gepflegt, parkähnlich. Schöner Baumbestand, großer Stellplatz. Schwimmbad. An sich wunderbar! ABER:

Wir sind zweisprachige Deutsche (Deutsch und Französisch). Wir kamen extra auf diesen Campingplatz, um unserem Enkelkind die Freude zu machen, mit Französisch sprechenden Kindern (7 bis 10 Jahre z.B.) zu spielen/sprechen. Wir hatten 2022 auf einem Campingplatz in der Normandie super Erfahrungen machen können diesbezüglich. Auf diesem Campingplatz sind keine französischen Familien zu finden. Er liegt zu nah am Ärmelkanal. Es waren eigentlich nur englisch sprechende Kinder - immer auch nur für wenige Tage - dort. Unser Eindruck: Durchgangscampingplatz für nette Briten.

Sehr grün, gepflegt.

Leider gibt es kein Verbot im Schwimmbad für die Nutzung von Plastik-Wassertieren, also diesen oft überdimensionalen aufblasbaren Gegenständen etc. Ein Verbot wäre einfach stressfreier für kleine und große Nutzer. In anderen Campingplätzen ist das besser geregelt. Die Schwimmbecken sind einfach zu klein. Die Rutsche beim Schwimmbad wird von allen geliebt: groß und klein. Das Schwimmbad hat leider keine funktionierende, große Uhr, ( eine Uhr war da, war aber offenbar lange schon außer Betrieb ). Es gibt keine Schwimmaufsicht! Alles war aber stets gut gereinigt.

Lovely campsite and facilities. Great bar area and sunny spot for sitting outside and children playing safely. Nice music and relaxed atmosphere. Lovely setting in nature , campsite well set out and maintained.Friendly and helpful staff in the bar and shop and reception
