We booked for two nights but managed to book the tunnel back to the UK 1 day earlier. We have stopped here a few times and it is very well placed for calais.

Our only complaint was that the older shower block was the only one open and with the weather being cold there was no heating in the block. Had the other block been open then the stay would have been more comfortable. Our stay was late April.

Electric supply was good the pitch sizes are large. The reception staff are excellent.

Only one shower block was open this block has no heating although good in the summer mid April it was cold. Plenty of hot water. Internet was poor

Lekkere relaxte sfeer, weinig lawaai

Weinig nadelen te benoemen. Wel veel engelsen (op doorreis).

Mooie ruime plekken, genoeg schaduw maar ook zon voor de liefhebbers. Gewoon bij aankomst even zeggen wat je graag wilt en ze zorgen ervoor. Geen voorafgaande selectie mogelijk, maar dat is ook eigenlijk niet nodig.

Weinig afvalbakken, maar daardoor waarschijnlijk wel een betere afvalscheiding.

Great position for getting to the tunnel only 15 mins. Also only 30 mins from Boulogne. Generous pitches with water and electric. Very clean everywhere.

The showers were clean but cold water not what expected I know it was last few days but would still expect warm water.

We have used this site previously for stopovers and as a longer stay during a summer holiday. We hadn’t stayed for quite a few years but decided it would be convenient for our return from Calais. We were not disappointed, we could choose any pitch, which are all of generous size, and really quiet on a night just what we want. Having been before we made a reservation in advance for the on-site restaurant and both had a fantastically delicious evening meal. Well worth a stay and a very freindly greeting at reception, Tres Bien and Mercie Beaucoup

Very friendly with great food from the takeaway. Very easy access to Vets if you need a Vet cert/Passport check when returning to the UK. Excellent local Vets in Autingues - Clinique Vétérinaire du Camp du Drap d'Or.
