Äußerst freundliche und hilfsbereite Betreiber bzw. Personal. Sehr viel Platz. Sanitärs sauber und haben eigentlich alles was man braucht. Täglich beste Baguettes und Croissants der Welt.
Das " Restaurant" macht den ansonsten sehr guten Zustand des Geländes total zunichte. Voll verdreckt. Die betreibenden Herren, die den ganzen Tag Zigarette rauchend davorsitzen, sollten sich mal für Reinigungstätigkeiten aufraffen. Und ein sauberes Hemd statt ausgewaschenes Schlabber-T-Shirt beim Bedienen würde den stolzen Preisen (z.B. Lasagne 17 EUR) etwas entgegenkommen. Dieser Bereich schadet dem Gesamteindruck des Campingolatzes leider stark.

Pool really nice - needs better filtering. bar area was nice, classique. Team spoke great English and were really helpful.
Toilets and showers - lots of flies.
Accommodation review :
Spacious and some have shade.
Was a very windy evening and many branches from trees broke. Had to move the tent in the night to be safe. A fallen branch hit the camper van next to our pitch.

Thank you for this nice review. You are right about the flies, this year there are a lot of them, you take them away and in a few minutes it is as if you have done nothing. For the cleaning staf it's hard to deal with.

Le cadre est magnifique, les propriétaires absolument charmants et par ces temps de grande chaleur la piscine était le meilleur endroit
Le magasin paraît très vide et en désordre. Au restaurant ça patauge un petit peu

Wunderschön gelegener weitläufiger Platz mit großen Parzellen. Freundliches Personal
Das Essen im Restaurant war leider sehr schlecht. Der Salat war teilweise faul und viel zu teuer. Die Pizza war nicht gar.

It felt unique staying on the lawns of chanteloup chateau. Beautiful setting and very peaceful. Swimming pool was fabulous after a long day travelling. Only passing through this but fully intend to come back and spend more time at this delightful campsite.
It was extremely hot weather during our stay and it would had been beneficial to have more umbrellas around to pool area as shade was very limited.
Accommodation review :
Large level pitch, plenty of shaded pitches to choose from when hot. Pitch Setting on lawn in front of chateau with lake lake in front. Perfect.
We felt it needed more grey waste disposal areas.
