Es war alles sehr angenehm und nicht zu voll

Im Restaurant gab es einiges der angebotenen Sachen nicht, sogar kein Sprudelwasser. Es wurde oft was anderes gebracht als bestellt.

Helpful friendly staff. Managed to find us a mechanic who fixed our van in less than 24 hours. Good clean services and tasty food! Delicious local baked goods every morning. Free WiFi by the chateau and some free "WiFi tickets" for elsewhere in the campsite. An amazing relaxed, easy-going atmosphere where you can get away for a few days. We had the most amazing stay and couldn't have asked for more.

Pretty Place nice spaces!

Ordered Prawns in Alio butter with Rice Pillaf. Came with no alio butter, no Rice pillaf, came with microwaved vegtables over cooked. Tablecloth was dirty as was the serviette, cutlery was awful ( boot sale) Very disappointing for such a lovely place. Would stay again but only order fast food like burgers or pizza they looked very good.

Just a few days stop over but loved this place. The owners very welcoming and have othought of everything, lots of little extra touches showed how much they care. A beautiful location in the grounds of a chateau. Facilities immaculate. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Large pitch, electric connection good and easy access to water

Great welcome, good size pitch; staff took care to ensure we were comfortable, I was ill shortly after arrival and had to spend a day in hospital. Owners and staff could not have been more helpful. Will come again.

The location and general ambiance of the site made it a very relaxing place to stay. The setting around the château and lake made it idyllic. Only an overnight on this occasion but we shall most certainly return for a longer stay.

The restaurant on our stay was not what we would have expected for a site of this standard.

Restaurant have responded on this subject to owners The Lac is good for fishing but there are hundreds of spiteful small catfish that have sharp spikes that cut me badly as an adult fisherman thats my option but I would not encourage a child to fish that lake

These pitches are on a very large area that slopes down to the lake, part of it against the pool, bordered by huge trees on one side, with a view of the lake below or along the path to the Orangery on the other side. This area has a great view of the rear of the castle and is very popular with some of Chanteloup’s regulars. There are 22 very spacious pitches separated by rose bushes on the “Lac”. Each pitch has its own electricity and water supply....... Webs ite says all LAC pitches have electric and water .Ours did not just electric
