Restaurant service was horrible and in total chaos. Food great though. Took 2 hours to get food and all was wrong. Staff undertrained with no system

Ein wunderbar gelegener Platz mit großzügigen Pitches. Wir kommen immer wieder gerne, weil der Platz wirklich schön, ruhig und entspannt ist. Schön ist, daß der Dorfbäcker jeden Tag frisches Baguette bringt. In den letzten Jahren war es eines der besten Baguettes, die wir in Frankreich bekommen haben. In diesem Jahr hatte ich den Eindruck, daß es Aufbackbaguette war und nicht mehr annähernd an das der letzten Jahre heranreichen konnte. Schade!
Der Sanitärbereich, Toiletten und Duschen könnten eine Rundum-Erneuerung gebrauchen und die Sauberkeit in diesen Bereichen läßt zu wünschen übrig. Einem 5 ***** Platz nicht angemessen.

Well set up site with lots if pitch options
People leaving items on sunbeds & then leaving them for several hours so beds taken out of use for others who could use them

Many thanks for this nice review and about the swimming pool, there are rules about the sunbeds but you can't stop people from behaving badly, we will see what we can do :)

Het was voor ons een tussenstop op weg naar de eindbestemming. Een korte vakantie voor de definitieve vakantie bestemming, maar we hadden deze heerlijke plek ook prima gevonden als eindbestemming voor de laatste twee weken. Zo relaxed zoals een Franse camping voor ons moet zijn. Alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig en niks te veel kunstmatig leuk gemaakt. Puur en mooi van zichzelf. Zo zou ik deze camping willen omschrijven.
Minder was de winkel. Op de site beschreven als kruidenierswinkel met locale producten. Het was meer een ruimte met het hoog nodige die qua sfeer niet past bij wat de rest van de camping wel heeft.

De meer dan ruime plekken met prachtig uitzicht op groen en het landhuis. De weidse opzet en het zeer vriendelijke personeel.
Kabelbaantje stopt zo hard dat mijn zoon afgeschoten werd door de lucht, pijnlijke ervaring.

I have stayed here many times and always had a great time, this year the site was better than ever, with more options , but the welcome was as friendly and helpful. A change of management has only served to improve our experience. The experience is a little different bring race weekend but I’d have no issues revisiting outside of the race.
I didn’t use the restaurant because service had previously been slow , and I heard similar issues from other people , where as we had some lovely meals at at chateau sites

Very good sized pitch , almost secluded
Access was very tight for our caravan and needed a motor mover which was not an issue as we had one, you would need to know that in advance as it would have been almost impossible to get on the pitch without a mover
