General information :

Het grote veld was heel leuk. Gezellig met zicht op elkaar maar toch voldoende privacy door de grote afstand.

Kan even niets bedenken.

Ruime plaats.

We stonden direct achter het zwembad. Doordat we er maar een nachtje waren en gedurende de dag grotendeels weg waren hebben we er niet al te veel last van gehad. Maar als je hier meerdere dagen staat kan ik me voorstellen dat het gaat irriteren. Dus een keuze of melding vooraf is dan netjes en voorkomt teleurstellingen.

We stayed on the potager field which was lovely. We could pick courgettes and mint was everywhere and smelt wonderful. The site is really clean and beautiful.

It was quite a walk to the main showers. The pool area seemed a little tired and there weren't enough beds and umbrellas.

Fridge battered and old looking. Hob controls had lost their markings making it difficult to judge the heat of the rings. Otherwise very good

Long way from facilities. Creating a path through undergrowth to nearby facilities would be helpful

This is our first visit to Castel Camping Château de Chanteloup. And what a pleasure it was. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location is amazing, so family friendly. Extremely clean site with great facilities. Very clean toilets, showers and washing facilities. An on site store, bar and restaurant. A lovely outdoor pool, play are with table tennis tables. We will definitely be looking at returning to this campsite.

There was nothing on this visit we could see needed changing.

Our pitch was perfect, great size, easy access to wash rooms, showers and play area. It plot was nice and flat. Big enough for our campervan and side tent. We had no noise issues everyone was respectful to others. Accessible electrical point. Easy access to water.

Nothing to dislike.

Lovely large pitch on the Pommier section overlooking the courtyard.Loved the rustic charm of the buildings around the courtyard but the shower/ toilet facilities inside were very modern and clean.The pool area was fantastic.Lovely choice of food in the restaurant and good quality. All in all a lovely setting .Very peaceful.Wished we could have stayed longer unfortunately we were only there for 2 nights.Definitely recommend.

Lovely large pitch , with trees and hedges for privacy.

We had a large twin axle caravan and a landrover so it was a little tight getting on pitch no.6 ( pommier ) but once on it was more than adequate.

General information :

The location, camping facilities and restaurant are all a very high standard, and made that much better by the team of young people running the site. We’ve been here a few times in the past and have never been disappointed. It’s set up really well whether you’re a couple or have a young family with you. On this occasion my wife was feeling quite ill with a bacterial infection on arrival. I spoke to a lady on site called Valerie who reassured me that if it got to a point where I thought we’d need a doctor, then I should call her at any time day or night. Many thanks Valerie!

De fijne gemoedelijke sfeer. De aankleding van de camping, gezellig. Le Mans leuke stad. Prima!

Sanitair aan de oude kant. Mag wel eens opgeplust worden.
