Really lovely spacious pitch in the woods. I would definitely request pitch 15 next year! Great amenities. Particularly like the music in the toilets! Makes the experience a bit more muffled! Loved the get together bbq. Very kind of you to host. Beautiful pool and grounds. Lovely planting. And lovely friendly and helpful staff. Spot on!

We dinner at the restaurant both nights of our stay. The staff are literally running to and from the kitchen with the food and the whole experience was rushed and not enjoyable. The choice white wine by the glass was poor - both options being more akin to sweet dessert wine. It’ was not a relaxing dinning experience. They restaurant is understaffed.

großzügige Stellplätze auf einem traumhaften Anwesen, selbst im Juli nur von wenigen Campern belegt, was etwas traurig und unverständlich ist

Tolle, ruhige Lage im Wald

hellere Lampen an den Wegen installieren, technische WLAN Probleme an unsrerem Stellplatz (Empfang sehr gut, aber Einwahl meist nicht möglich, da keine IP zugeweisen wurde)

Mooie entourage, opvallend prettige ontvangst door uitleg, en meerijden naar de plek, prachtige bossen in WOOD.

Chemisch toilet onhandige positie, en onhandige spoel douche. Bediening van restaurant overbelast, waardoor het proces suboptimaal verloopt. Kwaliteit van het eten matig (pizzas in ons geval). 1 babystoel voor het restaurant bleek te weinig; naast ontbrekende riempjes, is de stoel slecht schoongemaakt ook (zelf met alcohol afgenomen kwam er veel troep vanaf).

Veel molshopen en zand. Afvoer helaas 20 cm boven de grond gelegen, dus feitelijk niet te gebruiken.

The surroundings and locality, the very friendly, warm staff, the bar and restaurant/bakery options for food and drink, the pool is absolutely lovely! The communal bbq was also a big hit!

Only tiny ones - mainly to do with the taps and showers. The taps are very hard to work as they are sensors and they just don’t work well which is frustrating when cleaning teeth! Similarly the showers are so short lived because they are timed. I appreciate environmental reasons but it would be good, given the price of the site to have slightly better showers and WiFi.

Accommodation review :

Loved the view of the chateau and the open area to cycle and socialise. The different types of pitches are a plus as different people want different experiences. For us, the ease of being near facilities with kids was great.

I particularly love the peace and quiet that Chanteloup provides and the events they ‘lock’ into for you to enjoy if you wish.

We love the way the site has units set parallel to the circumference of the field as it gives the impression that the field is yours.

Receptie ontvangst was echt geweldig. Extreem vriendelijk. Nam ruim de tijd. Sprak perfect Engels. Campingplek is heel sfeervol. Mooie plekken.

Sanitair kan upgrade krijgen. Is prima, hoor. Maar mag qua kwaliteit wel ietsjes beter

What an amazing site. Admittedly we had lovely weather but the surrounding grounds are spectacular. The swimming was just the right size, the restaurant was staffed by lovely people and we were also able to wash some clothes. Excellent.

My wife is celiac and more gluten free and vegetarian options at the restaurant would have been welcome.

I was a bit worried the in the forest might mean a bit dark but it was brilliant to have a bit of shade dappled through the mature trees.
