Pool innen ab 18 ist unnötig. Die Regel sollte geändert werden. Es geht um Ruhe und Entspannung. Also einfach kein Spielen und Toben. Das können auch Teenager berücksichtigen.

Schimmelpilze auf dem Boden nach Regen. Hier wurde vorher Abwasser in den Boden gelassen.

Très bon accueil (téléphonique ou physique) Camping bien situé ( Bidart centre à 5mn et bus) Camping agréable avec toutes les commodités, propre, une très bonne restauration au restaurant du camping et un personnel très agréable . Des petites animations sont proposées, piscine et jacuzzi intérieure et extérieure . On a adoré ??

Camping familial calme et très bien entretenu. Une équipe de nettoyage au top, très bon resto et piscine super sympa !!! Notre séjour à été très reposant. Nous recommandons ++++

Il manquerai un 3eme animateur pour repartir les tranches d'âge sur l'animation des enfants. La tranche 9-11 ans est entre 2 c'est compliqué pour eux.

Manquerai un arbre de plus pour y installer un hamac mais ça c'est pour chipoter.

We really enjoyed the campsite. Safe, great facilities. Lovely places near by, mostly via cycling. Friendly staff. Good entertainment on the site. It was a lovely place to enjoy our holiday with our 5 and 2 year old. Toilet blocks were clean and spacious. Good flow and temp with showers. Had everything we needed.

I was very disappointed with the way that staff handled one incident. During a rain storm the campsite provided electricity box tripped, leaving us without power for 11 hours. Particularly this impacted on meat in our fridge, which was warm when we identified the problem. We showed the staff the 30 euros of food which we now had to throw out, having checked on the internet that meat isn't safe if left for 4 hours in a powercut. However the campsite didn't accept responsibility for their power unit tripping, and wouldn't provide any compensation without receipts. Sad given we enjoyed everything

Response to issues, such as pitch power supply fault, could be hugely improved. Spoilt an otherwise perfect stay. If the campsite facilities fail and as a result food goes off, I'd expect to be compensated in some way. Not told that the food was probably fine, and there was "nothing we can do". Even a 50/50 split would have acknowledged the issue, and made us feel better - faults do happen, but it shouldn't be the customers who have to pay for the consequences.

Camping agréable, joliment entretenu, agréable, calme, propre, logement spacieux et très propre avec superbe vue. La région est exceptionnelle. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour

La piscine couverte non accessible aux enfants, quel dommage pour eux qui sont frileux mais sinon les piscines sont très jolies
