The location was wonderful; a short walk from the village and surrounded by fields. It was quiet and very open and sunny. The toilet and shower block was always clean and obviously maintained well. The reception was excellent, the meals in the restaurant were great value and the wine that you could take from the bar was cheap but lovely! They run a breakfast service and will order bread etc for you which was useful too. The location is excellent for visiting chateaux, there is a brilliant bike hire shop in the village and we cycled to most places as it was so easy. Very safe, very friendly.

We liked it all and would return in a flash!

We loved the facilities for children, nice swimming pool, great to have the bouncy castle and pétanque pitch, mini play area too. The owners were helpful when we had questions. Great area with good access to local castles, local town of Langeais is beautiful as are the surroundings, very close to river Loire. Great big washing machines with tumble dryer. Campsite is quite small and compact, feels safe for young children, able to supervise from our pitch.

All lovely, just wish the chickens had a bit more grass and space. It's a relatively new site, hopefully the trees will mature and bring a little more shade.

Ground is very hard for pegs, but this is just the area, not the fault of the site
