General information :

The site was well laid out and looked after. Most of the pitches had plenty of space and good parking. Some seemed a little tight in terms of parking though. The facilities were clean and of good quality.

The site wi fi was very poor as it only worked intermittently. As it wasn’t directly provided by the site but via a 3rd party they weren’t interested. Despite trying I never got anywhere with the provider. dogs were allowed but some barked. A lot. That’s why we left our dog at home.

It was clean and in good condition. The location was good and quiet.

The bedrooms had to be the smallest ever. There wasn’t even a foot of space around the double bed. The duvets weren’t of standard uk size so none of our duvets fitted. Not even close. I am sure it said in the literature but there was no oven which limited cooking options.

We verbleven in de villa Ty Gwen Glazik. Voor wie luxe en comfort wil ervaren kan ik deze villa van harte aanbevelen. Alles is perfect, zelfs de bedden. De 50 meter van het brede strand klopt bijna. Om echt op het strand te komen moet je afdalen via een steil gedeelte dat deels is voorheen van betonnen traptreden. In de omgeving is iet al te veel te doen. Op de camping die op 5 minuten auto rijden ligt, kan worden gezwommen, tafeltennis worden gespeeld. Ook nog verouderde speelhal met dito speelapparaten. De eigenaresse en personeel zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Het weer viel een beetje tegen.

Nice village with plenty of local markets.

Having to leave car in car park due to early departure was challenging with our one year old baby. This seems unnecessary and could easily be solved by supplying the gate code for those that need to leave early in the morning. The information (opening hours) in your booklet is out of date and therefore not accurate. The bar/clubhouse does not open at the time stated nor at a consistent time at all.

Could do with side shade on deck as the sun was streaming in at dinner time.

Les Embruns sets the benchmark in family camping. Wonderful location, spacious pitches and everything you could need to keep your family entertained. And it has all been done tastefully and with such attention to detail. We went for a week in 2021 and 2 weeks in 2022. And we will be back again in 2023. The local beaches are spectacular. Some facing towards the westwards and exposed to the surf and others are nicely sheltered and less exposed. There are boulangeries and restaurants in walking distance. And the place is effectively shut down to noise around 10pm which is great.

Our pitch was massive and had water and power close at hand. Nice and level with lovely hedges around the boundaries.

Nous avons apprécié suite à notre mécontentement, le professionnalisme, l’écoute, la réactivité de la personne à l’accueil qui nous a reçu, et, qui a su trouver une solution à notre problème. Ce qui nous a permis de passer un bon séjour. Merci

Nous n’avons pas du tout apprécié l’emplacement qui nous a été réservé. Ce n’était pas un emplacement pour fourgon mais un un chemin avec deux bande de roulement en dur, trop étroit et sans possibilité de s’installer en dehors de notre fourgon, très éloigné d’une borne électrique, pas de possibilité d’ouvrir le store, des pommes partout sur l’emplacement, pas du tout à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles.
