le cadre, la tranquilité, l'accès et l'accueil.
La porte très difficile à ouvrir, les draps loués une taie n'était pas à la bonne taille. Le ballon d'eau chaude insuffisant : une baignoire de bébé et une douche adulte et plus d'eau.
