l'accueil efficace et souriant, les activités proposées : piscine extérieure, piscine intérieure à remous, salle de sport, sauna, hammam, trinquet, terrain de pétanque, jeux pour enfants, bar (ne pas hésiter à goûter les "tapas" maison et la sangria), restauration abordable, petite épicerie et enfin le cadre et les gérants . La région est très belle, surtout n'oubliez pas de visiter Espelette c'est le plus beau village du coin .
l'accès un peu difficile via le GPS, la place handicapée près de l'accueil, invisible depuis le parking, et enfin et surtout, des emplacements trop petits du moins en ce qui concerne les mobile home notre location .
