General information :

Deze camping heeft nogal slechte reviews, maar al met al valt dat goed mee. Als je met een camper komt, moet je wel zien dat je achter in de camping staat, anders heb je last van de weg aan de voorkant. De sanitaire gebouwen zijn wat gedateerd maar wel schoon. Het roze gebouw is nu gemengd. Ik denk dat ze dat hebben veranderd nadat er veel klachten waren dat bij de mannen weinig comfort is. Je krijgt hier een code en we merken wel dat daar vaak problemen mee zijn dat hij niet werkt. Maar er is altijd iemand die de deur dan wel voor je open doet. Al met goede camping voor La Rochelle!

Er is wc papier in de toiletten, dat vind je niet overal in Frankrijk!

All together it was a very good experience ,helpful staff at front desk . lovely pool area and nice pitch water and electric close to pitch . Toilet and shower need a code to get in one of the tiolet doors didn't work with broken handle ,unnecessary to have locked that way ,however it wasn't a major problem, showers a bit tight . The advantages outweighed the little iratations by a mile , 5 mins walk got you shopping burger king McDonald's sports direct and an easy trip to la Rochelle centre on the bus one evening was Fab , great cycle paths from the site also . Would recommend highly .

Remove coded locks on Sanitory areas its a nuisance, clear sewage smell in one of the shower blocks .

General information :

Great size pitches, good facilities and entertainment in the bar. Pool overcrowded at weekend with school groups, but empty midweek. Very convenient for bus or cycle into La Rochelle.

Rustige plaatsen voor campers. Veel winkels in de buurt.

Veel te weinig aansluitingen voor electriciteit! Moesten drie plaatsen ver gaan om electriciteit te hebben. Plaats voor ledigen toilet beter afschermen. Stonden er met ons neus op.

Wij hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Met name in LA Rochelle veel gezien en gedaan.

Good value using ACSI card in June. Close to bus into city. Cheap fares . Not too big a site. Lovely pool and changing rooms . Large pitch for campervan with shade.Clean and tidy. Nice staff and campers . Close to bus stops and large supermarket.

Payed internet . Poor reception in free areas. Expensive bar. Lots of security locks for access to toilets etc. difficult to access waste disposal- different codes . Slightly outdated toilet and shower block but clean.

Large clean pitches . Sanitary facilities very clean. Excellent bus every 15 mins to La Rochelle centre (10 minutes walk away ay Hyper-U) but plenty of space to park and ride if you prefer. Sunday and public holidays are only 1/hour

We didn’t use the pool because of a serious lack of shade . Also appears to be no pool supervision or lifeguard

Location is convenient for biking to city centre , short bus drive or nice walking around La Rochelle neighbourhoods . Supermarket 5 min walk from camping at a large shopping centre
