Hello Mark, We are delighted to have enjoyed your stay at our campsite. In fact the winter reception is open from 16h to 19h and then we are available at the bar restaurant until 10:00 pm. Summer reception is open at 2 pm because we do not have to clean the snow and clean the locations (pallets, ice etc ...) Cordialement Jean-Philippe

Manque cruellement d'un point de rencontre type bar avec jeux surtout en hiver - la salle de télévision n'étant pas adaptée. salle de sauna non chauffée -

Bonjour madame Antoine Je vois que votre séjour dans notre camping vous a plu. Je remarque que vous avez apprécié le sauna mais que vous n’avez pas vu les espaces de rencontre. Nous avons à l’étage une salle bibliothèque et ludothèque qui est ouverte en permanence (24h/24h en accès libre) et chauffée. Vous pouvez trouver aussi dans notre bar/restaurant (ouvert à partir de 16h00) des jeux, des livres et une télévision. Les jeux olympiques étaient diffusés tous les soirs. Pendant la semaine de votre séjour, nous avons très peu de monde au bar restaurant donc un peu moins de vie dans le bar. Mais l’espace existe et il n’attendait que vous. Il est difficile de ne pas voir le bar/restaurant car une guirlande multicolore et lumineuse est éclairée tous les soirs. Lors de votre prochaine visite n’hésitez pas à utiliser ces espaces qui sont ouverts pour vous et pour tous. Cordialement Jean-Philippe

Hello, You stayed in our campsite in January for winter holidays and you spent good time. However you say that the ice wasn't clear on the campsite. In fact, this year it snows often and a lot. Hopefully for ski and winter. The problem in January it rained 3 days time and it warmed up the snow transforming it in water and ice during cold nights. We can easily clear the snow but not the ice ; even if we should throw salt (we can't do it because we've got an ecologic label) it doesn't solve the problem because salt warm up ice in water and when cold comes back it ices again. It's the reason why you found that paths weren't clear. Sorry for this disagreement. Kind regards
