Exceptional service all round.

Entrance to pitch needs to be wider, as before.

Trees need cutting back to give more light around the Pitches.

Renovations are very nice. Overall very happy with our stay.

Queues at bar were too long and more experienced staff are needed. Bar area could have been kept a bit cleaner to help with flys and wasps. Evening entertainment was quite poor compared to other years and the online quiz didn’t really work.

Some of the trees have become very tall and block the sun a bit too much.

It was very comfortable and well equipped

Unfortunately it was very hot inside 40 degrees and more! Without a good opportunity to ventilate because of the absence of insectscreens for door and windows

Les prestations sont top, les services également, l'accueil, la piscine

Nous avions pas été prévenu qu'il y avait autant d'anglophones pour les enfants ce n'était pas très pratique ils n'ont pas pu aller au club enfant car même les animateurs parlait anglais.. le lagon est annoncer à 90 cm au maximum et finalement il en fait à peu près 50 cm, les animations du soir sont pas top et se termine beaucoup trop tôt.

Très pratique et bien agencé, les emplacements sont grands c'est top, emplacement bien délimité

Les évacuations sont à revoir il y a un mauvais niveau la chasse d'eau a du mal à partir et remonte un peu dans la douche

Well organised and busy site, with good facilities and activity programme.

Given we were camping, we would have preferred not to be immediately next door to the Eurocamp emplacements, with like-minded campers/caravanners.

The restaurant was great. The takeaway was excellent. We enjoy the garden bar and pool bar. The brass band was enjoyable.

The pool needs to be policed for behaviour. Parking for arrivals on check in is very poor when in a motorhome or towing a caravan. Access to the bins was not possible in our motorhome and there would be benefit from a couple of collection points for rubbish.

Great size of pitch with water and electric on the pitch. Good storage in the bathroom. Very clean. Shade on parts at different times of the day.

Some areas are a little understaffed eg bar.

A variety of things to do on site walks, swimming, lake and facilities are clean. Excellent camping pitches well maintained.

The water in the dishwashing block was not hot enough to wash dishes. Rat seen in the take away courtyard.

Warm freindly welcome with helpful obliging staff. New flower beds and play area near the pool area have substantially enhanced the environment.. The new enviroment friendly systems are a great improvement especially once we were used to the bar code lottery sorting! We had a damaged caravan tyre which the staff helped us replave via a local dealer. We have been coming for a number of years at approximately the same time of the year so it was good to beat covid and renew aquantancies.

We appreciate that not much can be done about it but but wish there was a way to convince fellow visitors to be more respectful of the facilities and in particular flushing the toilets properly.
