Good facilities. Efficient and friendly staff. We had a problem with some hornets which was dealt with promptly and efficiently.

Disappointing that the covered pool was not heated as it has been in previous years.

We stayed as a group of friends on four Premium Pitches which were great.

The Swimming Pool rules were not upheld. Sun beds reserved, more towels on beds than people in the pool. People diving & jumping in. Inflatables in the pool. The lifeguard (female) more interested in talking to friends than keeping an eye on the pools. The male attendant took more notice.

We enjoyed the spacious shaded pitch, the clean and well kept washing/toilet facilities, the restaurant, and the peaceful walks . This is a superb campsite with a personal touch from the owner Ann who is willing to spend time talking to the campers about the history of the house and site.

The only downside for us was the cashless system. We would have liked the arrangement to be made much clearer before arriving and indeed on arriving. Basically it’s either use the new cashless arrangement or your bank card as there is no possibility to use Euros. Had we known we would have brought a credit card which did not make a Stirling transaction charge every time we used purchased an item. Also, tips in restaurant must be in cash or card only. We will be better prepared next time.

Excellent pitch..spacious, well maintained and affording good privacy.

The cashless system. We would have spent more if we had been better prepared by taking a credit card set up with no Stirling transaction charges. Next time we visit we will sort this.

love the location, great for my dogs. I didnt like the 30 euros I had to pay to be near my friends.

Beautifully kept site, very well managed. Super pool complex and animations for children. Excellent facilities and welcome for our border collie, too. The staff are all polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you all for a lovely stay. We will definitely be back!

Spotlessly clean, very well equipped and comfortable. Large fridge with a decent size freezer compartment was especially welcome. We didnt use the Weber BBQ as it was only a short stay, but it is great to have. Our beds were very comfortable and the bathroom with shower was well appointed. The dog even received her own sheet to lay on, plus a goody bag with treats and a ball to play with.. Couldn't wish for more.

Great stay- loads of space- should look into expanding swimming pool and slide area

The go karting- not maintained and looks poor- track covered in weeds. Also, clearly communicate how Lagoon is clean and hygienic- or is it?
