Wide range of activities - enjoyed the wine & cheese and paddleboats. It was lovely to see food being served in the bar again - we missed that last year. Restaurant is excellent.

Lack of consistency - food in the bar some days but not others with no notice, or stopped early even after giving out menus. Rules around the pool seemed to change - ok to have a ball some days, not ok others. The pool area is limited compared to other sites so my son didn’t want to be at the pool this year in case he was told off. Pool side bathrooms were really dirty. No gluten free products in the shop or advertised in the takeaway or restaurant

The shower block is an excellent addition! I loved all the extras under the sink. Pitch is a good size and well maintained.

The water pressure is poor in the shower but that’s only a small problem.

The camp layout, facilities for all, the surroundings, environment all in all a great camp and stay

No public transport available have to depend on using own vehicles.

Lovely to be back after 4 years. Perfect pitch. Very friendly staff. Very relaxing place. Curfew at night was great for campers.

Everything I used except one aspect(see below)

For a otherwise excellent campsite I was very concerned about parking at the reception area. The staff were very friendly and helpful but the lack of parking space around this area is in my opinion totally unsafe. The provision of a cycle track and walkway is a great facility but the design is terrible. One motorhome and one car/caravan booking inblocked the area completely leaving children unseen and in grave danger of being injured on the very tight turn onto the Avenue leading to the pitches. Please take this as constructive criticism rather than a complaint of a lovely campsite.

Plenty of space for motorhome+trailer and been placed next to my daughter and grandchildren ii their caravan.

Beautiful campsite, in a lush, green setting with huge pitches and a lovely, relaxed vibe

The pitch was really big - ample to accommodate our Berghaus 6XL tent with additional air porch. It was great to have the hut with the fridge (and we hired a 2nd one for beer and wine!) and to have the table/chairs/Webber barbecue.

My only criticism would be placing us (in a tent) next door to one of the fixed wooden tent huts as they generate so much noise from people walking across the wooden floorboards in shoes, and banging/clattering. Would not want to be next door to one of those again!

La Garangeoire never fails to please. The friendliness of the place is second to none.

The standard of cleaning in the toilet block in the bird field was not up to its usual high standard
