The impressive chateau as you arrive, the proximity to wonderful nature., including the fantastic planting around the reception/ bar areas, the size and layout of the pitches, the helpful and welcoming staff and a safe and secure family feel. Few sites create such loyalty from customers of all ages.

No problems encountered.

The tree at the entrance to our pitch (Les Anguilles) is now huge and caused a few issues in terms of excessive shade. We felt it needed trimming to some extent.

The friendly staff, the clean campsite, the beautiful gardens and there was SO much to do for all age groups. Absolutely brilliant campsite and we can't wait to come back.

Less rain would have made it perfect ??

Spacious pitch and everything was clean. The hedges made it feel very private.

I would have liked less trees overhead (but that didn't bother anyone else).

Anastasie and Jean luc went above and beyond helping us when we had a flat tyre and lovely that they recognised us from previous years. So friendly!

Staff in kids club were reading books at Gardiere whilst kids watched dvd last year they played games and had so much fun my kids weren’t keen to go back

The amount of voles ????

Staff were excellent, on site activities were great and a great location. Good shop on site but not sure why they close for a few hours in the middle of the day.

The lagoon was great for kids to play around but I'm not sure that it is maintained correctly. There didnt appear to be any backwashing of the filter and replenishing of the water. I could be wrong. But there is only a small volume of water but a lot of children playing in there.

Was great having close proximity to have a luke warm shower, and clean up dishes and pots but the toilet pan leaking was very annoying.

The toilet pan constantly leaked. I had thought it was the shower water not drying away quickly but it was requested to be repaired several times. Very frustrating having to lift children in and out to use the cabin and to remove footwear constantly. The shower temperature and amount of hot water was less than suitable. I would like to know is the water heater set to deal with bacteria suitably as the hot water was nowhere near 60 degrees celcius.

We’ve stayed at French campsites for years but La Garangeoire is the best by far. Really spacious, clean and discretely laid out, safe for kids to cycle round independently. Kids loved the cashless wrist tags lol. Mini market well stocked, fresh bread & pasties daily! We cooked at pitch mostly but had take away pizzas twice, delicious!! Staff are genuine & super friendly. Cycle paths & lakes superb. Lots of activities available we didn’t get to do all. Kids loved horse riding in forest. Pool area was perfect for our kids 10 & 7, life guards attentive & polite. We’ll be back next year.

I’m struggling to find anything to fault with this campsite.

Huge pitch with great privacy, stunning trees. Amenities close by, never had to wait on toilets, showers or dishwashing facilities. All cleaned regularly. Water dispenser fantastic idea for refilling bottles hence reducing need for buying plastic bottles. Great having drainage at pitch. Campsite quiet policy adhered to (except for campers walking back to pitches after entertainment but that’s unavoidable) . Surprisingly quiet for the amount of people, even the kids were having a little lie on in the mornings lol

Waste drain too high for waste water to drain.

De oprit de camping op. Het kleine strand werd goed ontvangen door mijn zoon en vrouw. Alle kampeerplaatsen zijn bizar groot

Wij waren weggezet op wat leek een oude plaats van een stacaravan. Dit was wel erg ruim maar enige connectie met overige kampeerders met caravans bijvoorbeeld was dan weer ver te zoeken.. dit was jammer omdat er aan de andere kant van het terrein nog diverse plaatsen ongebruikt waren, maar ja het was niet anders
