Grass could have been mowed a bit but wasn’t too much of an issue.

Such a beautiful presented site, welcoming and friendly staff and so much to do. The whole family had a great time! The teenagers loved the new addition of the hammocks to hang out on with their friends. Thank you for another great year.

A very small thing - the size of the ice cream balls being served varied greatly between staff members. One person only gave about half a scoop, whilst another gave the same for one scoop as other staff give you for two scoops. We planned out ice cream buying around who was serving in the end!

Wonderful pitch size and location - we were on our favourite pitch area. The premium tent pitch facilities were perfect for what we needed.

Nothing I disliked, but it would be great if you could do premium tent pitches like the one we had that also had the private sanitary cabin on it as well!

As good as always!

The cycle and pedestrian paths leading away from reception towards the main camping area are too long and have created a dangerous blind corner. Pedestrians, cars, cyclists and ponies/horses are merging from 4 different directions at the corner in a very confined space. Of course everyone should be moving slowly but this is not always the case.

I am not keen on the wrist bands. I did not use them

I loved everything about the log cabin it was brilliant I stayed in Frenes

No hand basin in the toilet I put hand gel in as during these days if Covid etc I think there should be washing of hands is important

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent cleanliness and service. Lots of great activities for families and children

Could provide more activities for teens and girls
