The bar and restaurant onsite was fab as was the family bathroom with sink/bath for the baby

Nothing really. One very minor comment, there didn’t seem to be fresh milk in the shop. Us brits love our tea!

Generous pitches, welcoming staff and a laid back friendly atmosphere.

Difficult to get the kids to sleep when the music at the chateau continued after 11pm.

Het is een groot park, veel ruimte, over het algemeen goede plekken en een prima “lassen-faire” sfeer. De staff is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De centrale openlucht recreatieruimte biedt ruimte voor activiteiten voor iedereen.

Het zwembad is wat verouderd en te kleine bij volle bezetting. De toiletruimte is schoon (genoeg) maar oogt het niet. De douches zijn gedateerd.

Ruime plek, rustig gelegen, net voldoende afstand tot buren zodat je geen last had, maar wel buren hebt

Back for the 8th time after the enforced COVID hiatus and it’s just like we all remembered. Large pitches on open fields that allow kids and adults to play, with just enough distance between pitches to keep your stay private. Atmosphere was somewhat flatter but the change in ownership was hardly noticed. Relaxing, friendly, enjoyable and above all a very pleasant stay at our favourite French Campsite. Pool was sometimes crowded and unruly and could do with more frequent clean but still ok to use. Restaurant and shop has so much potential but not at the same standard as rest of site.

The overall cleanliness could be improved and the lower toilet and shower block was inadequate and not up to standard. I’m sure more people would use the bar if the prices were anyway reasonable and the shop was not really what you could call a shop….sort of half finished. The restaurant was not in any way good. staff when not outside, constantly sent us back for the “right change” and were rude. Food was not great other than chips- so much potential on the campsite if this was tweaked.

Space……it’s what makes the holiday. The set up around the field is unique and makes it the best stay in france.

Could do with better fresh water/drainage in the Center of the field - the drains stay full(ish) when you filled up with fresh water and don’t drain quickly. Electricity supply was somewhat up and down but very usable.

Allgemein :

Site is as beautiful as ever and as clean as ever. The reception and bar staff are friendly and welcoming.

The restaurant was not good at all same with takeaway. The shop is now poorly stocked and abandoned.

Glamp tent was well appointed but bed on hill and mattress kept sliding away. Used books to even out. It is too far from toilets even Though it’s a beautiful spot. The mammoth trek to loo in the middle of night takes glamp out of it too much for me. A water pipe between the two glamp spots and a small toilet would make this perfect as well as a base to even out lopsided bed.

PrAchtige, grote kampeerplekken. Lekker in de schaduw. Prachtig terrein en top receptie.

De sfeer, het ruimtelijke veld met uitzicht op het chateau, de prachtige grote bomen, de activiteiten op de camping

Allgemein :

Met name de prettige sfeer en de stijlvolle aankleding van het landhuis, bar en terras zijn zeer aansprekend. Ook heeft men goed nagedacht over de verschillende activiteiten.

De ontvangst bij aankomst was nogal stug. Gelukkig was het meisje dat ons naar de kampeerplek bracht een heel stuk vriendelijker.

We stonden op een mooie ruime plek bij het sportveldje.

Het sanitaire gedeelte zou een opknapbeurt kunnen gebruiken.

Allgemein :

Prachtige ruime plaats in de schaduw. Zwemmen, tafeltennis, jeu de boules veel gebruik van gemaakt. Heerlijke douche. Zeer vriendelijk personeel.

Toilet spoelt niet altijd goed door. Winkeltje mag wat uitgebreider.
