We have stayed here several times before when travelling to/from Calais as half way point. Lovely surroundings , friendly, helpful staff

This is a stunning campsite. Pitches are large and spacious, we loved how they were situated around the edge of the fields giving a fantastic community feeling. Swimming pool was lovely. Restaurant and bar both fabulous. They even organise lots of activities and entertainment for all with a fabulous atmosphere. Everything about this campsite was beautiful, rustic and quaint. We were very impressed and will definatly return! Perfect!

We stayed in the one night overnight pitches by the entrance. What I loved about this was it was very peaceful and shaded. They also had a small toilet block which played music!

What I disliked was it was very quiet and we felt slightly out of the main atmosphere of the rest of the campsite.

Prima grote plaats. Fijn dat de auto er naast mag staan.

Een waterpunt achter de caravan zou fijn zijn.

Very friendly staff and lovely setting. Beautiful view from pitch. Lovely terrace and bar. Nice pool. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Cleanliness of showers/ toilet block although very satisfactory could be improved. Cleanliness around pool and frequency of cleaning foot bath could be improved.

This was a brief, one night, stop over stay but we’re glad we chose Castel Camping again as you’re always guaranteed a warm welcome and a stunning location. We enjoyed a late night drink in the bar playing back gammon but my favourite bit was walking up to buy croissants in the morning; the house looked stunning in the morning sun and we enjoyed our breakfast with this view on some thoughtfully places, comfortable outside sofas.

The restaurant had very slow service and a number of items on the food and drinks menu were not available

Allgemein :

De ruimte. Alles is ruim opgezet en er heerst een relaxte sfeer. De tieners vermaakten zich prima. Leuk vertier voor hen in de avond/nachturen.

Prachtige hut op een rustige plek in het bos. De tent ernaast is voor groepen super fijn om gezamenlijk te eten/borrelen. Alles was schoon.

Er was geen mogelijkheid om schaduw te creëren op de veranda. Dat heb je wel nodig als het 37 graden is. Andere hutten hadden gordijnen. Heel veel kleine kopjes voor espresso, maar geen apparaat daarvoor maar een gewoon koffiezetautomaat. Een theemok aanwezig. Dat is wel erg weinig.
