Beautiful site, would definitely stay there again and next time for longer.

Pitch was in a great spot for us looking directly at the terrace. Warm, friendly, great staff, fantastic atmosphere, great for all ages young & old. Had a homely feel to the site.

We should have started longer!

The atmosphere here is lovely and we have visited for several years. The change in restaurant ownership this year has worked well. Owners were very accomodating

We have noticed a slight decline in cleanliness of shower and toilet are over the last couple of years. Several shower heads were not working as expected (spraying to the side or not fitting holding). This should be improved for a 5* site.

The water tap was right under the tree which had over hanging branched which made it quite awkward to get at.

De tenten waren goed, alles was aanwezig

De stoelen waren van hout en dus wat hard. Kussentje was wel handig en beter geweest

Allgemein :

Die Stellplätze und das ganze Anwesen sind wunderschön! Auch die sanitären Anlagen sind sauber und ordentlich. Wir kommen hier gerne wieder her.

Die Küche des Restaurants hat uns überhaupt nicht überzeugt. Die Entenbrust war kalt und zehn und die grünen Bohnen waren ebenfalls kalt. Selbst nach der Korrektur war es nicht viel besser. Vermutlich hat man alles nur kurz in eine Mikrowelle gestellt, was das Ganze eher verschlechterte.! Obwohl ich fast alles zurückgehen ließ, musste ich den kompletten Preis bezahlen. Es gab kein Entgegenkommen noch nicht einmal mit einem Nachtisch. Ich kann das Restaurant tatsächlich nicht empfehlen. Schade eigentlich denn alles andere ringsrum ist unglaublich schön!

Das ganze Ambiente ist wunderschön. Jeder Stellplatz hat seine Reize.

Für die Stellplätze habe ich keine Verbesserungsvorschläge. Wir waren rund um zufrieden.

Allgemein :

Beauty of the site. Communal activities were fun. Woodland walks were really lovely.

Shower fixtures do require some replacements/maintenance. Hot water ran out in male showers every time. Menu in restaurant and take away was limited, would have used it more if there was more choice - not much choice for vegetarians/vegans. The shop didn't stock essentials, mostly gifts.

Every pitch was beautiful with lovely views and not cramped at all. Loved how the centre of each field was kept free from pitches.

Pitched alongside the main entrance road was noisy with vehicles arriving & leaving almost constantly.

As a first stop of the boat it was lovely, we are very used to the Castel sites and we’re not disappointed . Thank you

Nothing to dislike, though, perhaps free Wi-Fi would be an absolute bonus! Or even up at the reception. Nothing to do or you would want to do about the swimming pool, but given its size as a couple travelling now without children, we wanted the privilege families and so it was somewhat small and we don’t use it as much we might have liked .

We asked for a picture in the shed which you gave us. In hindsight now that we have a awning for our motorhome next time in Cumming. We might prefer to be on the common where we can see the action of other families and fun.

Weve been here several times and its the most relaxing place ever, lovely surroundings and atmosphere.

Couldnt stay longer!

Allgemein :

Het is echt een familiecamping met met name engelse en nederlandse gezinnen. Er is veel te doen en het personeel is werkelijk perfect! Voor iets meer rust hebben we voor het tweede jaar in het Bois of Wood gestaan. Iets verder lopen naar de toiletten.

Het zwembad is wel vol en druk. Er zou een kleiner toiletgebouw in Bois of Wood bij kunnen. Dat scheelt lopen.

le lieu, l'ambiance pour le Mans Classic (venu en 2012, 2014, 2016)

la qualité des repas: meme menu vendredi (garden party) et dimanche soir (barbecue), digne d'une cantine pour un tarif eleve. En baisse par rapport aux precedentes fois (2016). la garen party meriterait bien mieux (un peu plus haut de gamme)
