General :

We've visited 4 times now and we love the Garangeoire. It's a big site with lots of space to explore. Great walks and bike rides. The pools are really clean and warm and the kids loved the slides. There are a number of activities for the kids to enjoy, football, trampolining, tennis etc. The young people who work here are always great fun and very helpful. It's ideal for families with young kids, but we feel that more or kids are older it probably won't meet our needs in future. But this is not a criticism of the site which we totally love.

Its a shame the bar no longer serves food. We feel there is a gap between the takeaway food and the restaurant. It would be good to have some where to get a light cheaper meal.

It stays reasonably cool when it's hot.

Lack of space to put bags of clothes as there isn't really room in the wardrobes in the main bedroom for 2 peoples clothes

General :

Reception bar great. Linda who worked behind the bar was amazing

Need more staff at peak times in the bar. After swimming 4-6 and evening bar from 9pm really long ques for drinks with only a couple of staff working. Would be good for the reception bar to open later than 10pm

General :

Keurige, schone camping met heel veel voorzieningen.

Zwembad te klein voor aantal gasten, heel veel Britten, take away eten echt te slecht. Restaurant is naar horen zeggen wel goed. Weinig tieners op de camping.

Het feit dat we via de camping van alles konden huren (koelkast, barbecue, tafel/stoelen etc). En dat we op een veld stonden zonder stacaravans

De plaatsen zijn geweldig en erg ruim. Jammer van alle auto’s op de plaatsen. Camping mag haast wel autovrij gemaakt worden.

General :

We hadn’t visited for 10 years, but it is the same high quality campsite, where the people are as good as ever

We liked the site it was clean and well thought out. All the tag were polite and friendly and very helpful.

The kids liked the pool, but it got so busy in the afternoon. There’s needed to be more pool space. Plus they were disappointed with the slides, they were uncomfortable to ride on. I found there was lots for my 7 year old but less for my 11 year old to do. He did kids club one day and was the oldest there by a couple of years.

Nice pitch, quiet well equipped.

Pitch was very very stony and also much smaller than all the other premium Pitches. The freezer section of the fridge wasn’t cold enough to keep ice frozen.

General :

Water refill machines, beautiful grounds , lots of activities

Would be nice to have more choice at the take out

General :

This was our fourth time staying with you. It was very enjoyable despite the heatwave! Children loved the swimming pool, the horse trekking and the Wi-Fi zones. Really enjoyed the wine and cheese evenings. The ice cream counter and fresh croissants are a big hit. The refilling of water bottles is a great initiative

Air conditioning in accommodation is necessary due to heat and mosquitoes. The lagoon has deteriorated since our last stay and wasn’t very popular with guests. It needs to be improved so guests can enjoy it. There needs to be more organised meetings or activities for young teens. The football pitch has become very hard due to heat pack of rain and wear and tear. It’s too easy for the kids to sustain an injury playing on such hard ground.

Really enjoyed the new accommodation. Layout is great and new crockery. Needs air conditioning due to heat and mosquitoes.

General :

The site is beautiful, staff are friendly and helpful.

The accommodation was uncomfortable - the beds had hard, thin mattresses and the outdoor furniture was flimsy and uncomfortable.

Made to feel welcome and at ease from the moment we arrived. We were escorted to our pitch which was really great and advised of site facilities. Washroom facilities were good. We found Entertainment programme good. Tennis courts great and nice bike rides.

Finding seating around pool would be difficult some days.

Escorted to pitch which is a nice touch and takes the pressure off when you arrive. A really large pitch with shade. Water tap near by. All good.
