Really enjoyed the campsite, very relaxed and had a lovely atmosphere. Children made friends and it felt very safe.

Would need to get nets on windows for the mosquito’s.

It was spacious but properly could do with a bit more investment. It definitely met our needs and made life a lot easier.

Cleanliness, how accommodating the management were in moving our pitch, the location and the facilities.

Our initial pitch - right next to the basketball court. The checkin experience was done by a junior member of staff who wasn’t very communicative or welcoming - first impressions matter!

We moved from besides the basketball court which wasn’t great to A11 which was lovely.

General :

Mooie plek tussen de bomen, prima sanitair, behulpzame receptie, mooi zwembad, rustig gelegen (geen last van een drukke weg bijvoorbeeld)

bij de snackbar werd ons verteld dat ze de volgende dag ook een vegetarische optie zouden hebben, maar die was er niet (terwijl we daar inmiddels wel op gerekend hadden).

We liked the wooded environs of the site and the tastefully renovated facilities.

Possibly make a couple of hours in the day for the pool to be adults only so grownups could have a fitness swim without the adorable splashy little monsters.

It was a good size and close to a water supply. It had a good amount of shade from the trees.

General :

Nice bar with friendly staff Enjoyed the Monday market Lovely setting

Showers were smaller than we experienced in other campsites and the water was not warm. Push button setting in shower was very short too. It would have been good to have a wider choice of food available on site as other restaurant options were a distance away (the restaurant in the village was closed for the holiday).

It was good to have the pergola as the pitch was very open to the sun.

Pitch felt very exposed and lacking in privacy. I know it is late in the season, but the pitch was not very level and had lots of ridges and bumps which limited where we could actually pitch the tent, despite the large size.

Praktische und saubere Unterkunft

General :

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The site is set in fabulous grounds of a chateau and very well maintained. Enjoyed the Monday Market and had a lovely meal at the restaurant sitting in the courtyard. We had a big pitch which was ideal for our motorhome. Hope to return in the future.

Rubbish disposal was a bit of a chore as it was a long walk.

The setting and peaceful ambience.

Restaurant food could be better. Especially the choice of deserts,meringue or torte.Every evening? No condiments brought to the table and only paper sachets for salt and pepper.

Beautiful scenery and camping and very friendly and helpful hosts. Clean facilities, good food and perfect pool
