Mooie camping, vriendelijke ontvangst en fijne faciliteiten.

Wij verbleven er op doorreis naar Engeland maar een nachtje, dus over de omgeving kunnen we niet veel zeggen.

Fijne beschutte plek met bomen en heggen er omheen.

Ended up staying at La Bien-Assise twice in July, first time because of the issues in Paris and the second time because we did not like the site in Troyes where we were booked. Neither time disappointed! The site is clean, modern with a range of stunning pitches surrounded by well established and beautiful trees. The facilities we used were clean and very new and modern and the food in the restaurant, snack bar and takeaway was first class and we used them all. This site has a dog walking field where you can let your dog off for a run and this was the only site we found with one.

We had a non VIP pitch at the start of the holiday which was more than adequate for us and beautifully located at the end of the site with gorgeous views. However we also booked the VIP pitch for our final stay because of the facilities as we had our grandchildren with us for this final stay. We didn’t use the BBQ but the shed came in handy for storage, the large Fridge and freezer was well used as was the picnic table and umbrella. The WI-FI was the big attraction for the kids though.

Might be worth adding that the Wi-Fi code supplied only works on 1 device. We had kids with phones, iPads and laptops who wanted to swap between devices and were unable to. If they had known it only applied to one device they may have used the code differently at the start. Not bad that this was the only slightly negative comment.

The location is convenient for the Euro tunnel, and the facilities are okay

With the 10 euro booking fee, 55Euros for a single night for a couple with electric motorhome pitch is a bit steep, a similar fee to Swiss sites! We will avoid in future as it was not worth this amount compared to competitors.

Les emplacements spacieux, calmes et ombragés, la propreté du mobil home, la petite terrasse, les transats. Également la petite aire de jeux à proximité du snack, les tables, bancs et transats présents un peu partout dans le camping. La région est très chouette, dans l'ensemble nous avons passé un très bon séjour, merci.

Nous avons été déçus par la fermeture de la pataugeoire avec 2 bébés, d'autant que l'information n'était précisée nulle part (site internet, affichage accueil camping). Un vrai moins. Accueil également un peu expéditif au moment de l'arrivée.
